A fantastic product that greatly improves our existing HR processes. From purchase, through setup and finally deployment the support was excellent.

Sometimes chat can seem impersonal when an article is dumped in the conversation after having spent a little while writing a problem up. No customer feedback for layout/build as of yet.

Reports sometimes a little confusing and limited, perhaps add the element of pie charts. Org chart not very flexible.

As a SaaS, the value for money is great. The team were very helpful in getting the software set up and it supports most aspects of the business that we run.

The integrated chat is extremely useful, with very competent people answering all your questions with great detail and in a short time.

People is great and have really taken on board my suggestions - one of which was about improving the logbook user experience.

It's an effective HRIS that can be integrated with a number of their other platforms, so we hope to find new efficiencies over the coming year (integrating with payroll, LMS etc).

It is useful for maintaining mailing lists and grouping people, but I don't think it is always reliable. It could be more useful.

On the face of it this looks like great software but unless you are more bespoke trained in the software I doubt you will get the value you can from it.

It is user friendly, the support is first class, and amendments are regular and helpful. The user requests for changes are brilliant and often result in smoother experience for users and admin alike.

The system is very easy to use, it has great functionality and is really cost effective. The add on of the expense module is also great.

I like being able to keep track of contacts for people and putting them into groups for various mailing lists.

Customer service is generally intercom, intercom chat bot and links to articles so a bit hit and miss.

Recording annual leave when an employee is off sick.

No integration with  online calendar providers (O365, GSuite) -  i would expect this type of product to feature automatic calendar updates once leave is requested/approved.

Holidays and absence can be approved or declined without having to log which is a nice touch. Support is always available to help and staff are very friendly.

This means self service has to be disabled and renders the product almost useless. Very unsettling that a company would just role these features out without thinking through the consequences.

Good for small, single office companies where everything is open.

The ATS part of the system has been excellent. Great service and a great price.

The product is very easy to navigate, it looks nice, it's user friendly and employees like it. There are many great features to the product that have made our lives as HR professionals very easy.

Easy to set new people up and save important company HR documents. The support team are really great too and always try to come up with good solutions.

This is an excellent, all-in-one-place, HR package for a small company. It has restrictions, but on the whole it's easy to use with good support both in on-line guides and the support team.

The customer support is for the most part great and they do get back to you when you have a problem within an hour.

Sometimes when there are releases other things get messed up on the software. Sometimes there is alot of down time.

The customer service is excellent. Queries are dealt with quickly and satisfactorily, which is important with an evolving product like this which is constantly in improving development.

It is very easy and effective. The staff are very helpful and are quick to answer any questions you have.

Integration with Sage has been great and saved time in terms of duplicating information.

This apps helps my company to keep track of holidays and overtime. As well as making our life easier when we have expenses for the company.

At the moment I had a really good experience with this application.

The UI is simple and straightforward in some areas, but feels a little awkward in others.

This software is quite easy to navigate and most of the action is done through the app on your mobile device, the mobile recorder.

The most amazing thisng is that it help us to generate extra income by applying and doing simple tasks such as image capturing, transcribing, web analytics etc.

So overall i will highly recommend this app to my friend and family who wants to earn extra money from home.

Except for the frustration to sign on every time, my experience is not that bad.

Sometimes, it takes forever for an applicant (contractor) to get a feedback from Appen regarding an application status. Their customer service is DEAD.

I tired the process again, however, I received the same error message so I responded to them with that regard and requested for further support.

In short, this button is completely useless, so why is it there in the first place.

You only get their bulk circular emails, but no reply to the questions you asked.

It's only uses payoneer payment method only that taking so much cuts of money.

Application status of project is really frustrating as they provide no replay. They also have only one payment option(Payoneer).

I had some trouble with the mobile app, I had to make two requests for support. Also, it is not clear how I can perform tasks being in Brazil and French as my main language.

It took a long time to get myself in door and sometimes it hard to understand the needs of each project.

Until now, I still use Appen as one of platforms that can generate extra money for me, flexible work time , good payment and easy to operate.

The ease of use that I like is clear instructions and guidelines as well as support and training.

It allows me to keep up with technology and put in my educational background to help companies further themselves in technology. It helps the internet become better and more informative.

The best feature of appen is that it provides rewards for performing some tasks like web captures and translations. The user interface is very friendly and easy to set up.

Appen is a great platform to work and earn by completing a few tasks.

The withdrawl of the money which we got by doing tasks is only through payoneer. It becomes difficult for everyone to withdraw money only through payoneer.
