Iguana is easy to use, feature rich and stable.

In one word, Flexibility. We work with  HL7, EDI, FHIR, other APIs, flat files like CSVs, etc.

The dependence on Windows Time Server has been an problem for us. Looking for a Linux version of Iguana.

Iguana handles the job and support is excellent.

Interfaceware provides excellent prompt service.

We've had issues with the large number error. The sync manager hasn't worked properly for us since the beginning.

We have implemented Over 200 channels, and they are easy to maintain and troubleshoot. We are exploring new uses for Iguana in our business, and hope to expand to other departments.

Iguana helped us to created an integration solution tailored to our business.

Customer service is awesome and we enjoy using the software.

Its difficult to think of any 'Cons' because we've had so few issues.

I have used it as part of a product I supported in a previous position, and it ran without issues for my entire tenure (we used Iguana for ADT/orders interfaces).

We process >20 million HL7 messages daily over >2500 channels and Iguana keeps doesn't lag behind. Iguana has been a great, reliable, and stable product for our company for more than a decade.

The development and administrative tools are excellent, and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Simple and effective on the surface; robust under the hood.

Logs can be slow to browse, and Iguana sometimes hangs, but I suspect that's because of our infrastructure, and large amounts of data being processed. Channel names restricted to 30 characters.

This mostly involves passing through patient demographics but we sometimes pass through other information such as charges, medical alerts, and appointments.

A) our ageing infrastructure, and. B) the inadequate setup of channels by my predecessor.

Iguana is fairly easy to use and is a great tool in developing these interfaces.

Great product, easy to learn, reliable and responsive customer support.

It also has helpful customer support. However, it can be complex to set up, struggles with extracting data accurately from certain types of documents, and does not handle different languages well.

The software occasionally fails to accurately extract data from specific kinds of documents, which is another drawback.

Basically this is very good cloud based AI-OCR. I recommend this to all.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly endorse Rossum for any company looking to automate their data entry process and boost productivity.

I also value Rossum's customer service. I've needed help with a few questions and problems, and the support staff has always been very accommodating and quick to respond.

Way, they are using AI, technical support, knowledge of their team members.

Additionally, it is quite costly, especially for small businesses.

Representative is made so intuitive that any user learns easily how to use it really quickly.

I'm very impressed with its capabilities. I found it very simple to get started using the software right away because it is so incredibly user-friendly and simple to navigate.

I am overjoyed with the outcomes because it has completely changed the game for my company.

Getting the software to recognize and extract data from documents with intricate formatting or unusual layouts has proven to be difficult for me. Rossum also has trouble speaking in various languages.

I like that It reads data pulled from the tables/documents , this allows me to only edit and align the grids as needed. It provides me with an ease of use and a backup copy if needed through Excel.

The software's ability to quickly and accurately extract data has been of great assistance to my business. Rossum's adaptability is yet another major plus.

These include the lengthy setup process, lack of accuracy, language restrictions, and the high price.

The Rossum automation feature has been one of the biggest advantages for me. It has significantly improved my efficiency and allowed me to save a lot of time and effort on data entry.
