We had to pay a developer separately to integrate the API with our website and UPS worldship. That ran us close to 5K so that was a bummer.

They have thought of everything you need and put it in a simple interface that's user friendly and easy to follow, its a powerful bit of kit they simplifies running a team of people / company.

Creating powerful customized estimates was a major bonus as well as workflows with custom fields to enter in information important to our business. It's an extremely good value.

That it has being upgrading and getting things easier and better every time. It never stops improving and the support team is super helpful all the time.

Limited CRM (Sales) platform with less reporting for this area of business. Custom reports can be complicated and convoluted.

It’s functional and my quotes and invoices go out looking clean and polished. I like being able to generate reports and keep my team on task.

Weak customer account portal on website. Buggy devices that arrive defective, stop working randomly and not competitively priced.

Very happy with the overall experience. The device has been easy to operate and install, and the portal has been very easy to navigate.

I don't like that you cannot stream Teams. Videos are also difficult to get to play in the correct orientation.

It was super easy to set up once we received everything.

We also had a problem with one of our brand new receivers not working and the process to troubleshoot the problem with customer support (we eventually got sent a new device) was tedious.
