The ability to check out files/folders and work off line is great for me when I need to work away from an internet connection.

Correct implementation with over 100 users becomes difficult.

Better management of our data. Team is more productive and efficient.

The support team is what has enhanced my overall experience.

Even then, the updates almost never go straight forward. One personal thing I hate is that 12d Synergy always opens on the same screen/location and it doesn't set to the screen I close it on.

Lack of detailed analytical data available on users, projects accessed etc.

Combined with scaling our team up geographically, the ease that accompanied the installation of the FRS to assist our remote users is refreshing.

Integrated workflows and tasks allow our project managers to keep track of job progress.

Many bugs with V3 crashes due to SQL being full (company IT associated) but still an issue. Lost productivity due to the crashes.

It is very smart with synchronising data and minimises how much data you need to transfer.

I have been using 12d Synergy with very large data sets and its speed and stability is excellent. The user interface makes it very clear who has what checked out.

The ability to manage and collaborate projects designed in 12d Model is not currently possible by any other collaboration package.

I think that most tools used in medical settings tend to be somewhat complex to navigate around and this is no different.

Extremely user friendly and easy to work with. We have been able to run with PowerBI without having to do extensive training, and has boosted our productivity and analytics insights.

Integrates into our Allscripts system, excellent communication with technical lead for setup with in depth fault finding.

The only issue I have with OnBase is a minor annoyance.

The main page of this software is build-able and can be used to keep track of employees progress.

I like that the documents are all compartmentalized so you can search by the type of document.

There are tons of connectors and interoperability features. That plus the fact the system is so easy to use.

My biggest issue with OnBase is when importing PDF files, you are not able to drag and drop more than one file at a time.

That's where their awesome customer service comes in.

The back end maintenance can be complex at times, but the front end is very easy for a wide range of our users to use.

It took some effort to get this migrated and set up, but is now working very well with few issues or problems.
