Can't communicate with clients through it's interface. No images and formatting of newsletters, because it lacks html features.

The quality of job I get is amazing. Its so convenient for me and easy to use.

Little difficult find themes, can't customization email body & themes, if version upgrade may be software crash.

It is missing the cms option, I did figure out a way around this though.
