Love that invoices transfers to Quickbooks. Customer support is always very friendly and helpful.

It seems there are issues mostly after software upgrades, other than that I don't think there have been any problems.

Sales man should not be able to take orders if the credit limit is crossed. POS system is very very unstable.

AdvancePro is user friendly and a great platform for inventory management. Being able to easily look at the history of a product or customer is extremely helpful.

Installation and upgrades, also migrations, are easy to achieve, technical support is always available.

Very good software and the customer support team are amazing.

Missing tutorials and type of reports list or guide.

AdvancePro has a very intuitive interface, whether for data entry, expediting orders,  inventory, or reporting, the application's functionality is great.

The customer often changes their sometimes massive orders, and our staff with more life experience has trouble coping with the often overcumbering steps required to make those changes.

Which is a very useful program that can be generated by its user and take control of sales and product registered in inventory control and carry out product supervision management.

The shipping and receiving platforms in the Warehouse category are fantastic for both planning and executing shipping and receiving.

It is good for tracking inventory which is what it is designed for. The training classes are very helpful and easy to understand.

This system is also a user friendly, not too complicated.

Trying to manage inventory can be very confusing until you get the hang of it.

It's relatively easy to use. Overall the design is great, the layout is nice, and it syncs with QuickBooks easily.

Overall it's a great system, easy to use, and good value for the cost.

I like the most with this Product is that it is really cheap but very useful wherein you can immediately look for the stock levels real time.

I also was not a fan of buying shipping in set increments. More information must be acquired from the customer to prevent fraud, as I lost money in this regard.

Love that it's easy to use and it's so easy to jumpstart a subscription box. The templates are great and love that subscribers have access to their own portal.

Cratejoy is pretty easy to roll out and offers a solid subscription e-commerce service.

I really like the Cratejoy site itself; aesthetically pleasing, easy to navigate, fantastic customer service VIA EMAIL.

The UI is easy to use, the subscription options are vast, the app options are useful, and the built-in analytics are extremely insightful.

The downside to Cratejoy is that you not only pay a monthly fee but you also pay a fee for each sale.

Personally, I dislike Cratejoy's website builder.

Only downside is control over the business, and pricing.

Very good customer service, friendly and responsive. It has been very good as a subscription based business to have software that specializes in this.

The functionality is perfect for a sub box, plus the exposure you get via the marketplace is unreal.

What I like about this software is the ease of use and helpfulness from the staff. I like that my own customers are kept organized.

CrateJoy is tremendously easy to use and offers a great all in one solution for starting a subscription box company quickly and easily.

In the end, after using it for a year I guess we are about break-even on our sales but we are missing 10% of our revenue because I was misled when I signed up for Cratejoy.

Cratejoy is an excellent platform for smaller, startups to put their subscription service out there and equally compete with other services.

Cratejoy has great reporting tools that allow us to easily manage our customers subscriptions, see which ones are the most popular and ones that aren't doing so well.

Specific complaints include lack of billing/shipment options (ie. custom vs. monthly) and each subscription listing can only have one photo.

The designs they provide look great. At the begging when I first started two years ago, the tech support was super helpful.

Overall it's been amazing, love their support and they have definitely fixed earlier bugs.
