Stock control is the most impactful and helpful.

Automation seems to work well, and plays nice with BigCommerce.

We have used Brightpearl for nearly four years now. It was probably more than we needed initially but we decided it was worth the investment to carry us through early business growth.

Brightpearl is expecially weak in several essential areas: onboarding/training, user interface, purchasing automation.

Brightpearl charges a hefty price (more than $10K) for onboarding data, setup and training and both are disappointing. Data migration is complex because Brightpearl keeps its data in an uncommon way.

Good experience with BP software. Great customer service and support.

We have just integrated Magento which works perfectly and links direct to our website. I would also recommend watching the you tube videos as these are very helpful in the beginning.

Immensely frustrating when  the supprt team offer no fixes to our problems. The bigger we grow the more severe the consequences of their bugs and issues.

It provides everything we need to operate our eCommerce business effectively and efficiently. Their innovation/product roadmap caters, certainly in our case, to current trends and requirements.

I hope as brightpearl expands it can keep true to it's roots of supporting small businesses with a system that would normally only be available to big business with big budgets.

Overall, Brightpearl did not meet its promises. After just 6 months, we made a decision to start looking elsewhere and abandon the tremendous investment we had made in Brightpearl.

The help guides and YouTube videos are great and the set-up is very user friendly. Compared to the alternatives on the market, I can't recommend this highly enough.

The team have always been helpful and friendly and have felt like we had a partner in software as opposed to some large faceless organisation.

We thank goodness eventually found Brightpearl - it has quite simply transformed things for us. I don't know how we ran a business like ours before BP.

Bright Pearl gives us an easy way to handle our daily shipments as it is easy for us to collaborate across our different departments and integrate with all of our softwares.

We have now been using Brightpearl for several years. It is very user friendly with significant functionality which has improved our reporting function so necessary in a small business.

It is cloud-based, easy to use, intuitive and so so clever. I can't recommend highly enough plus they are really nice people to work with too.

BrightPearl has been very useful for helping us with our inventory tracking and reporting. The customer service is awesome, they respond very quickly with any question/comment we may have.

Brightpearl is a fantastic all in one ERP system.

I also was not a fan of buying shipping in set increments. More information must be acquired from the customer to prevent fraud, as I lost money in this regard.

Love that it's easy to use and it's so easy to jumpstart a subscription box. The templates are great and love that subscribers have access to their own portal.

Cratejoy is pretty easy to roll out and offers a solid subscription e-commerce service.

I really like the Cratejoy site itself; aesthetically pleasing, easy to navigate, fantastic customer service VIA EMAIL.

The UI is easy to use, the subscription options are vast, the app options are useful, and the built-in analytics are extremely insightful.

The downside to Cratejoy is that you not only pay a monthly fee but you also pay a fee for each sale.

Personally, I dislike Cratejoy's website builder.

Only downside is control over the business, and pricing.

Very good customer service, friendly and responsive. It has been very good as a subscription based business to have software that specializes in this.

The functionality is perfect for a sub box, plus the exposure you get via the marketplace is unreal.

What I like about this software is the ease of use and helpfulness from the staff. I like that my own customers are kept organized.

CrateJoy is tremendously easy to use and offers a great all in one solution for starting a subscription box company quickly and easily.

In the end, after using it for a year I guess we are about break-even on our sales but we are missing 10% of our revenue because I was misled when I signed up for Cratejoy.

Cratejoy is an excellent platform for smaller, startups to put their subscription service out there and equally compete with other services.

Cratejoy has great reporting tools that allow us to easily manage our customers subscriptions, see which ones are the most popular and ones that aren't doing so well.

Specific complaints include lack of billing/shipment options (ie. custom vs. monthly) and each subscription listing can only have one photo.

The designs they provide look great. At the begging when I first started two years ago, the tech support was super helpful.

Overall it's been amazing, love their support and they have definitely fixed earlier bugs.
