QR Camera scanner has been a great asset for checking in out customers. Very easy to set up and we like that the search is also available and easy.

One weekend we accidentally locked ourselves out of the admin screen and they resolved our issue quickly. We like the search feature for repeat customers and the ability to re-check them in.

The reports are great after you learn what kind of reports you want to run. The customer service is next to none.

With the waiver file they have to input name, signature date, address & email. Don’t like that the media & liability waiver are 2 forms & you have to enter same info again.

There is nothing about this software that  I don't like.

This application is one I chose after trying out at least 3 others. It is very easy to use and very intuitive.

The major downside of eversign is you are limited to five (5) documents per month. This restriction may be quite limiting to some users who require more documents to send per month.

What I like most about the software is the ability to save templates and use those for other people to sign.

My only complaint would be that the radio buttons are a little difficult to manipulate.

There is no automatic password in place for security if you send it to the wrong email. Clients don't like that to set up an account they need to choose an eversign unique URL.
