  • Pros

  • Perfect for click-counting. Simple built-in customization reports.
  • Practical service that allows you to keep track of your employees all the time, it will be good to have a better customer service.
  • Cons

  • Can often lead to micromanagement and loss of privacy by allowing monitoring of employees activities.
  • So productivity really is not addressed with using Desktime. Also, the account holder is counted toward the employee count so you pay extra.

  • The representation is in itself an experience managed solution (exactly what qualtrics stands for) that provides insights for action.
  • We used the employee engagement features and they worked terrific, were anonymous and got us the analyzed results we were looking for.
  • Cons

  • They might just be getting sent to the spam folder in their email, not sure how this would necessarily be fixable in the future.
  • Sometimes it is difficult to adapt the survey over time. When one option was changed, it then changed all previous answers to match the new option.
