  • Pros

  • Very useful, you can ensure the safety of the company.
  • Value for Money, it served its purpose for what we wanted to use it for. Without it we could not monitor in this manner.
  • Cons

  • Somewhat disjointed experience between the log viewer and the live viewer.
  • Getting the client installed on some PCs is a pain.

  • Simplicity; Project and Activity Flexibility; Stealth capability because it tracks me when I don't realize it.
  • There have never been any errors in data collection.
  • Cons

  • The server crashes sometimes , but the developer fixes the problems quickly.
  • Not sure whether there is an option for multiple sites... will have to look into this.
