Be very careful to understand the products (difficult because there are many) and what questions to ask to make sure that these products are the best for your business.

Its ability to record real world costs and clearly show cost vs selling price.

A disaster!, we paid them over 10k, and they walked away from us.

Their support team always has a solution and follows up with each request.

The support that is provided by the support team and also by using the Portal is prompt and is an excellent service.

I can't say I felt an improvement in my productivity at all while using Tharstern.

Simple, quick & consistent quotations converted to job dockets on approval and invoice once complete. Very intuitive, offering up multiple machine configurations to best suit the bespoke product.

It's very difficult to delete old machinery due to them being ties to existing products.

There is some serious brain work involved in aligning with how it is setup and needs to be configured, which won't be for everyone.

One of the best things about the software is the freedom to come up with creative solutions.

Often forget different steps as only do it every so often. Pricing large format doesn't give us an accurate price when we are cutting shapes.

CRM module is limited in functionality when compared to stand-alone CRM software and full ERP solutions.

The software is easy to use and in my experience can be integrated with most other applications which is essential for streamlining services. I particularly like Estimate Pro.

The product is easy to use. The support team are pretty good at fixing problems.

Its reliable, flexible to suit multiple production processes, regularly updated and improved.

Estimate Pro once setup is very easy to use. I liked the integration to web2print when we were using it.

Software is very good and support is excellent, as they have full knowledge even on back end functionality such as SQL, Crystal Reports, Stored procedures and the lot.

Almost 10 mouse clicks to perform one operation. Constant timeouts due to our restricted license of 4 users.

Personally, I haven't really found anything that i would say is something i don't like.

Overall Tharstern is a good experience and once you know where things are it is easy to use.

Very quick to process, easy to output with any press marks you wish.

None, we have since dumped it, this was part due to the fact tharstern we not helpful after we paid them the money.

An easy to view dashboard allows for easy training and knowledge gain from everybody who uses the system.

It can be difficult to set up at first. Because we are in Ireland we had to wait for a consultant to come over.

All estimates we create are done through Tharstern which gives us accurate costs and helps us keep an eye on unconfirmed orders.

We know we are in safe-hands and can rely on the Tharstern customer service and technical personnel to help when needed.

The update process where the customer has to find out if there are any new versions available. The lack of a basic Instruction manual/guide book for quick reference.

We have our system fully integrated with our accounts package and our web2print / workflow software removing a substantial amount of data entry.

Can't fault the team and their knowledge of print and integration is what made our project so successful. First class product, first class team.

It is ok, the guys on support are good, some more knowledgeable than others but they are happy to pass on to those that know. SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is awesome, so patient and your star player.

Very good budget control management. Project accounting is so easily monitored, ease in monthly closing, depreciation posting & WIPcalculations.

Not up to date with what is required in the work place, not practical and very limited.

The integration with OneDrive is a bad idea, don't add a network datapath. Rather use local drive Candy files.

In Contract valuation, if you have an error on the amount entered it cannot be rectified, the program goes to a halt, you need to go out and go into the program.

Easy to use, levels of accessibility well defined, integrates with CCS (Candy).

It is also web based platform which make it easier to work anywhere & anytime.

The terms they are using are quite misleading.

The Buildsmart programme has Improve my way, the company and my teams ways of doing things, and keep all the information that might be needed as a proof after some years.

It integrates well with Candy and the order approval process is smooth.

Also, over the years they have made many great improvements which reflects the fact that they are constantly listening to clients and trying to improve which is encouraging.

Overall payments to creditors and receivables  are done on the system with good results.

Nice tool for cost allocation if you have manyr departments, activity wise project procurement control etc. Uploading a huge journal data through excel sheet template.

The experience is good and the system is easy to use.

The business is now producing very effective reports and financials. I am very much likely to recommend Buildsmart to other companies.

BuildSmart- the best ERP tool specific  for Construction Industry.

One negative side of BuildSmart is that it can be a bit pricey for smaller businesses.

My overall experience with BuildSmart has been excellent. The product is easy to use and the customer service team is always available to answer any questions I have.
