  • Pros

  • The support staff is excellent and the customization needed was able to be done per our needs. I love the number of pre-populated reports and how easy it is to get custom reports we need.
  • We are still learning all the various modules and how they can be implemented in our overall plan. Eshow is extremely robust and we are still exploring how we can best utilize the modules.
  • Cons

  • It's difficult to have a large, readable floor plan centered in the middle of the page.
  • No how-to manual is the most frustrating thing.

  • They get back to you promptly, are super friendly, and work to resolve everything quickly.
  • I liked the extra marketing, easy to use website, the slickness of how my ticketing page looked to costumers, getting paid was easy, adding offers/discounts was super simple 11/10 would recommend.
  • Cons

  • Could not even find that myself on the site. I can't say enough about how bad the promoter site portion is, and how they need to fix this.
  • The only issues we had were user errors and my personal misunderstandings. I set it up as one week-long event, rather than multiple days and events throughout the week.
