We took over a business that was using Accessplanit and had to quickly get to grips with using it. The support was great and we soon worked out the basics.

Our build and involvement with Accessplanit is still ongoing, up to now, we have received nothing but clear instructions, great service and a high quality service for our site.

I think our business will benefit from this. The reporting aspects alone are worth the money.

The ease of having all our training records in one place and the automation of many tasks which previously had to be done manually.

Report writer is quite hard to use - I have problems linking data sources together.

Simplicity and all the great learning I can do from home in my own time.

Ease of use is key and as administrator user this is very important.

For a small company AP were very effective in getting us up and running quickly with this software, and good at coaching us through the initial set-up.

We know what to expect and if there are any issues, these are quickly resolved. The Customer Service team and our Account Manager, provide a fantastic level of support and guidance.

Some fields have very similar names or information appears in more than one field, which can be confusing, especially for those writing reports who are becoming familiar with the system.

The admin view is easy to navigate and it it has really streamlined our processes. The helpdesk team are always on hand to help with any queries.

While it's easy to set up automations it can be difficult initially to find the automation section and some of the filters can at times be confusing.

I haven't been using it for that long; and I'm not an administrator, so I can't provide any constructive criticism on the features.

The ability to have a tidy database where all users/companies are assigned to groups.

There's not much I can really say bad about AccessPlanIt.

We invested in Accessplanit because as our training provision expanded we needed to be able to manage bookings efficiently on a larger scale.

This is a huge pain, actually - mostly for getting guest list or dashboard level info. Costs even more for additional features compared to similar competitors.

It has made the entire event management process easier. It is user friendly for my guests and very easy for me to see who has registered and their corresponding responses to the registration page.

I really enjoy working with Aventri. It helps us to create a more professional conference and keeps everything organized logistically.

The speed at which Aventri (formerly eTouches) responds to support requests is fantastic and a real asset.

Etouches has been so wonderful for my first event. Since the software was created by event planners, it is very very user friendly and has helped create a great website to register for our event.

Software has many great features though not overly intuitive how to use. Customer service is top notch.

The *promises* pre-purchase of ease of use, integration and transparency in pricing.

Sometimes the email system does not work with some firewalls. ETouches is sometimes hard to get to merge with other programs that we use for different parts of our events.

We love the ability to integrate many parts of the planning process into one platform so we aren't learning and customizing several different platforms for our needs.

I have been able to better coordinate discount codes for certain registrants plus offer various registration types, which has saved me a lot of time and communication.

Well, in my opinion someone screwed with the algorithm and it spits back the most useless junk you've ever seen. It is NEVER relevant or helpful.

The support centre for Aventri is fantastic. They are always willing to help and are very efficient with resolutions.

The software itself is easy to use and is pretty much user friendly.

I like how easy the program was to use. I got on the registration builder, followed the directions and created my pages.

There are lots of pages/ place to go so sometimes it's hard to remember where to go for more in depth changes.

Benefits I've realized: literally any other software would be better than this. I'm counting down the days until our contract is up.

It is still suitable for running things like smaller events like lunches, or dinners for under 50 people. Its a very good RSVP system to track various attendees types, needs and selection choices.

ETouches integrates perfectly into our Marketing Automation platform which allows us to completely streamline all our business process.

If your product is so intuitive, why would we need 16 hours of training valued at $2,500. I absolutely abhor this software.

The most helpful tool for me is their Custom Reporting feature.

The website editing and formatting can be frustrating at times.

ETouches is very user friendly and easy to explain to someone how to use the registration. Easy to walk attendees through the process.

We were thrilled with the event set up support team servicing our account, and their ability to provide additional suggestions to enhance the data collection and user experience.

They also provide great customer support. It is end user friendly which made it easy to integrate into our non-profit associations.

User-friendly and good training materials. We also appreciated the customization capabilities.

They are constantly upgrading and improving. Our customer success team is very friendly and engaging and often follows up on our support tickets.

Etouches generally has many changes over the course of the years as well so if you do choose this solution be sure that you can easily adapt to new layouts often.

I dread having to figure out new features. Of the time, I end up emailing customer service because I cannot find what I need.

There is also a loss of some functionailty with the simplification of the system.

Their customer service is fabulous and they consistently go above and beyond in their service.

I can find exactly what I need, when I need it. I also really enjoy being able to see the website update automatically as I make any changes or updates.

As we don't have a huge number of users /attendees so this fit our needs. It gives us more than we needed which allows us to build and grow with it down the road.
