  • Pros

  • Our build and involvement with Accessplanit is still ongoing, up to now, we have received nothing but clear instructions, great service and a high quality service for our site.
  • The ease of having all our training records in one place and the automation of many tasks which previously had to be done manually.
  • Cons

  • Report writer is quite hard to use - I have problems linking data sources together.
  • Some fields have very similar names or information appears in more than one field, which can be confusing, especially for those writing reports who are becoming familiar with the system.

  • The speed at which Aventri (formerly eTouches) responds to support requests is fantastic and a real asset.
  • Easy to use, user-friendly event registration software with a great support team and great customer service.
  • Cons

  • This is a huge pain, actually - mostly for getting guest list or dashboard level info. Costs even more for additional features compared to similar competitors.
  • Sometimes the email system does not work with some firewalls. ETouches is sometimes hard to get to merge with other programs that we use for different parts of our events.
