  • Pros

  • The speed at which Aventri (formerly eTouches) responds to support requests is fantastic and a real asset.
  • Easy to use, user-friendly event registration software with a great support team and great customer service.
  • Cons

  • This is a huge pain, actually - mostly for getting guest list or dashboard level info. Costs even more for additional features compared to similar competitors.
  • Sometimes the email system does not work with some firewalls. ETouches is sometimes hard to get to merge with other programs that we use for different parts of our events.

  • A great product for managing events staff and volunteers which can be used easily on the go via mobile.
  • Very easy to learn and set-up, easy for volunteers to use, great reporting features and mass communication features. Excellent customer service and support.
  • Cons

  • When constructing the schedule, the lack of cut and paste or duplication of program elements across multiple days made that process very laborious.
  • As a planner it was hard for me to not be able to test the app before the event went live.
