This is a huge pain, actually - mostly for getting guest list or dashboard level info. Costs even more for additional features compared to similar competitors.

It has made the entire event management process easier. It is user friendly for my guests and very easy for me to see who has registered and their corresponding responses to the registration page.

I really enjoy working with Aventri. It helps us to create a more professional conference and keeps everything organized logistically.

The speed at which Aventri (formerly eTouches) responds to support requests is fantastic and a real asset.

Sometimes the email system does not work with some firewalls. ETouches is sometimes hard to get to merge with other programs that we use for different parts of our events.

I have been able to better coordinate discount codes for certain registrants plus offer various registration types, which has saved me a lot of time and communication.

Well, in my opinion someone screwed with the algorithm and it spits back the most useless junk you've ever seen. It is NEVER relevant or helpful.

The support centre for Aventri is fantastic. They are always willing to help and are very efficient with resolutions.

There is also a loss of some functionailty with the simplification of the system.

Their customer service is fabulous and they consistently go above and beyond in their service.

I can find exactly what I need, when I need it. I also really enjoy being able to see the website update automatically as I make any changes or updates.

A great product for managing events staff and volunteers which can be used easily on the go via mobile.

InitLive has a beautiful interface, is very easy to use, and offers a wonderful introductory experience. I love that there is an app that is designed with the user in mind - simplicity at the fore.

When constructing the schedule, the lack of cut and paste or duplication of program elements across multiple days made that process very laborious.

So impressed with the software and the staff who helped us put it into play. This was an all-in solution for us and the team really walked us through each stage of the setup.

As a planner it was hard for me to not be able to test the app before the event went live.

InitLive made manpower recruitment, scheduling and onsite coordinating so easy. Loved the ease of operation on tha platform.

The e-mail portion is weak. We need to be able to see e-mails sent, we need to be able to resend to those who did not open and we need to be able to send follow-up messages.

Outstanding customer service. Easy to use and allows the export of a large variety of information.

This is our first attempt at seriously accomplishing this, so there have been growing pains. Support from the InitLive staff has been great.
