Eventur saves us countless hours
Eventur has saved us countless hours of processing CPE Certificates. We can use those work hours for much more productive purposes.
PROSEventur is easy to use and takes care of much of the heavy lifting for us when we have to issue CPE certificates.
CONSI really don't have any negative comments.

A flexible extension of our team
Overall Eventur is a wonderful software and an amazing team to work with. We've valued their partnership as an expansion of our team and look forward to working with them again next year.
PROSWe've been working with Eventur for a few years now and have always valued their expertise and hands-on attention to detail. The software is easy for our attendees to use and easy for us to implement with plenty of core functionality needed for our conference.
CONSEventur is growing and working out a few small kinks but overall the event software works great for our needs. I'd like to see the expansion of attendee roles to allow for multiple options (an attendee for us can be a speaker and a team member as well). I belive they are going to add this feature soon.

Great experience for conference attendees
The event was very smooth and the customer support was awesome during the event and in follow-up.
PROSThe product was eaiser to use than it felt while using it. The software was relatively efficient, but it was hard to grasp how it worked from the backend. The event itself was excellent and generally intuitive for attendees.
CONSIt was challenging to not be able to preview the event before it launched. Without being able to visualize how it would look to attendees, I was worried about its operability. In the end, it worked well though. I think many of our attendees were confused about the exhibitor hall experience. I could have prepared attendees more on my end for that experience too.

Eventur Platform for smaller events
Our experience has gotten better after each event! They are constantly working on new features, which are a huge add in our eyes (example, advertising slides for sponsors, zoom integration with the launch button, etc.) For the size of our events and what we need, Eventur is a great option for us.
PROSThe most impactful feature for us is the integration to issue the CPE certificates. We host smaller events (100-250), so this platform makes more sense for us to use, opposed to a bigger platform with more bells and whistles. The tech support is amazing! [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is always there when we need him, which also makes a huge difference. Especially when using a new platform, there's always questions and a learning curve.
CONSThe design format for the actual event website tabs was a little tricky, the formatting would get wonky and I'd have to get help from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] (which he was always great to help). Some of the features that aren't active yet - uploading a file to link to text, letter restriction on speakers titles, refunds not being synced to Eventur platform and then not translating to reports pulled.

Event Management is a breeze!
Overall, a great product for online or in-person large group events! We use the system in a more non-traditional approach and have more manual processes to complete daily. The Eventur team is easy to work with overall and responds in a timely manner with answers.
PROSIntegration with existing online/webinar programs was a breeze! Setting up event templates is user friendly overall, with added features such as post course event quizzes, surveys and issuing certificates for course completion.
CONSSeveral features cannot be copied from one event to the next. Either the user must create multiple templates, and only a few useful items transfer, or a new event must be created each time including uploading graphics, presenters, building the survey and "session" information. Also, there is a lot of manual verification needed for non-webinar based events before issuing certificates. Updates/changes to the system are not communicated to the users/admins so I have had to contact the IT department more than usual to find new buttons or navigations. Timelines for execution of a new feature launch are not always accurate; extended by 30 days or more.

This system was phenomenal!
The Eventur system was an overall amazing experience. From the first quoted bid to the follow up after the conference, the customer service is amongst the best I've experienced in any field or industry. The training and set up on online applications was easy to follow and thorough. There were no surprises along the way, and the staff was always responsive to my questions. The app that was developed was user friendly and easy to use, even with some of our attendees who had restrictive disabilities. Overall, I can't say enough about this company and the staff. From start to finish, this experience has been levels beyond what I had even hoped it would be when we first floated the idea of using this type of software for our conference. Use this system, you won't regret making this choice!
PROSThe best customer service I've experienced anywhere. Ease of use of the software and app. Availability of staff and attention to detail to meet our organization's unique needs.
CONSI really can't think of anything. Overall, I think the cons (if any) were so minute they were overshadowed by the outstanding service.

Their pricing levels was the board of director's main influencing factor, but my recommendation to the board was based mainly on the responsiveness that I received during the bid process.

Great product!
Our overall experience with Eventur has been great! Their customer service/support is outstanding which is very helpful when you're in the middle of a meeting.
PROSEventur is a great product, specifically for CE distribution during our meetings. We are able to use the product for our spring and fall meetings. When we meet in person, we are able to use the app feature that allows our attendees to check-in/out via QR code on their name badge. So simple for our attendees to track their CE's and receive their certificates.
CONSThis software is not hard to use and Eventur is constantly making improvements to the software. We have been using Eventur since fall of 2018 and many new things/improvements have launched since then!
Reasons for switching to Eventur Conference
We wanted a product that specialized in distributing CE certificates so we didn't have to manually track them and count them up post-meetings. This software was a game changer for us!

Eventur has changed our conference!
The software is very user-friendly for administrators running the conference and for users. Nearly all of our issues have been with users not reading directions properly, not the software or Eventur support staff. In fact, our support tech is second-to-none. Problems are fixed immediately (always user error, not software error). Also, we used to spend weeks after the conference signing and sending out continuing education certificates. Now we just click a button and everyone is sent theirs via email.
CONSWe would like attendees to be able to continue using their login to retrieve their own certificates as needed in the future, so we no longer have to be responsible for them after they are sent.

CE Process
Overall we loved the product!
PROSMy client needed a product that would help with CE processing and the software was easy to use for them. The conference hub and app were really simple to use and the overall look was wonderful.
CONSThe check in feature was confusing, it seems redundant when people have to use codes to check in and out. It confused clients.
