Perfect all-in-one solution also for complex applications
What I really like about this software is that it can cover any registration use case, no matter how complex. Quotas, waiting lists, break-out sessions, special conditions ... - if you know how to use it, everything is possible with this tool.The usability is really good, the overview is celar and simple and the customer support (managed service) is outstanding.
CONSLoading could be a bit faster plus I'm looking forward to seeing more KPIs on the analytics dashboard.

Zoon a great modular solution for event management
We use Zoon in the variant of the Enterprise Community Module and are enthusiastic about it. In cooperation with the extremely helpful and competent team of Swisscom Event & Media Solutions, we were able to put the fully responsive web event portal into operation within a very short time. With the Zoon Enterprise Community Module, we are now able to unite our employees and teams across departments for continuous learning offers and company events even more easily and attractively. In conclusion, for us a very user-friendly platform that provides access to the company's event marketplace as well as support for the continuous promotion of corporate culture
PROSThe very successful setup and the structures within the event management module deserve special mention. It is made as easy as possible for the user in every respect to inform himself about upcoming offers or to give free rein to his own ideas and share the specially created events with the community. Zoon's strengths include not only professional on-boarding, but also a competent support desk, which provides assistance with any problems or challenges that may arise.
CONSAt this point we have no significant negative aspects. Possibly in the future an app would be worthwhile but not mandatory.

Time Consuming and tiring but useful
I would recommend to use Zoon if there is no other option. If you have a choice dont do it
PROSThe Software is handy to manage Events. There are many features and most of them work good.
CONSThe use of this software is extremely time consuming and frustrating. Everything is complicated and on some days the Servers are down for 2+ hours. You need to be taught everything you do with this software. Nothing is self explaining.

My Review of Zoon Corporate Event Management
I like how easy the handling with the tool is. It is very simply structured, so I didn't have to learn the processes over a long time.
CONSI would say that there is no "Preview" button. Instead, you have to call up the preview in a roundabout way. If I want to publish a call for entries on Zoon, I would also like to see how it would look to others shortly beforehand. From my point of view, this function should definitely be visible on the front page when you are in edit mode.

Great software with a bright future
The management of our Events that were usually done with standard Webforms and excel has been much easier thaks to Zoon. The support team was very motived and helpful.
PROSSeveral layers of events. Very good Value for the price if u have irregular Events like us (one every two years)
CONSSince its just in a rather early stage of developement, there were a few minor features missing.

I chose Zoon because there was the option to create organised sub events (or in our case lectures) which the users can choose on registration and which can be put to limited capacaty.

Zoon User Review
If you don't use Zoon on a regular base everytime you have to set up an event you start from scratch as the tool is not that self-explanatory. The "handbook" is huge.Once the event has been sent out the handling of it is quite cool.
PROSUsers are able to register and cancel their subscription to en event themselves. Easy to do the check-in onsite and get data regarding no-shows.
CONSWhen setting up an event as an admin it is not obvious what features have what influence on the event invitation / registration. Some features seem to have the same effect in the background but they don't.

A small app that can a lot!
An easy way to manage some events without a big work to do to check who will attend...
PROSThey are so a lot of possibilities! Really you can do everything.... you just need to know how!
CONSThe first time you are using it, you just try and don't see what you can really do. The HELP functions are not well documented....Never try to work in Zoon with two languages....

Registrationstool, welches uns imTeilnehmermanagement unterstützt. Schnittstelle zu Kaltura und zurück wäre toll.
PROSDer schnelle Support durch [SENSIBLE INHALTE] der einfach super ist.
CONSDas Tool dürfte noch einfacher und anwenderfreundlicher werden. Vorallem die Statistiken sind nicht eindeutig und komplex raus zu holen. ist zu kompliziert. Müsste auf Knopfdruck erfolgen können.

CONSDie Individualisierungsmöglichkeiten beim Mailversand. Kann man aber mit eigenen Tools ersetzten.
