  • Pros

  • The shipping manager who is monitoring the vehicles is very happy to be able to count with a tool like this. It was definitely a great investment and you really get your money worth.
  • Very easy to use and navigate. Up to date on all software.
  • Cons

  • The weekly report I get is alittle hard to read. The time from when they left a job to when they get to the next job is a little hard to understand.
  • We did have one tracker installed wrong, but once we fixed that it worked as expected.

  • However, we only used it to dispatch work to our mobile techs and that part worked seamless. The techs loved the simplicity of the software.
  • I use this software on a daily basis for my job. After the recent set of updates it has improved it hugely.
  • Cons

  • If you look on their website and talk to them, they will sell you the world. The invoicing is pathetic on this software.
  • Customer service is not consistent on there advise. Setting up the software to track key customer information is difficult, and report design is very limited.
