Interface could be a bit more intuitive however ive dealt with much worse.

So far it's been fairly easy to move from the older product we were using to this one. Change is always going to happen and glad this was here to move over to.

Easy to use software, economically priced. Great for enterprise use.

I love the CompleteFTP manager, being able to make very detailed events, user controls, and logging makes what could be a very tedious tasks a breeze.

Support is web or email based. The time lag is sometimes difficult to deal with.

The interface is not intuitive and can be hard to manage sometimes. I am use to it now but when I go to try something new it can be difficult.

Any deficiency in the product or documentation was quickly and expertly handled by support including the prompt issuance of replacement certificates in a system outage.

Speed is fantastic, front end is good enough. Overall it is well worth the value and time to set it up.

It is easy to setup Folder Structure and Users, permissions using CompleteFTP. The logs are thorough and easy to navigate.

Support is great, turn around time to questions and issues raised is quick. Very often I get a reply from support within a hour or two.

The ease of setting up and its security features. I did have a small issue with our datacentre servers and the tech support for the product was excellent.

Setup is a little time consuming. Interface can be confusing to new users.

The fact that the software includes absolutely everything anyone could want for an FTP server. You'd be hard-pressed to find a more feature-rich, problem-free, cost effective FTP solution.

The application is very easy to install and setup and configuration is very straight forward.

Overall, there is little to dislike about CompleteFTP, other than the cost.

MFT's workflows are easy to use and organize, allowing me to easily transfer MFT job ownership and support to other teams.

Goanywhere MFT is great product. Built in FTP Client and Server.

Using this tool about 5 years, very reliable and easy with good tech support, flexibility and security. Already recommended to few partners.

The ability to connect to different types of systems, the project designer interface is very easy to learn and use, very short learning curve but with a great deal of functionality.

We loved that it was a web-based tool that was easy to install and learn at a very low cost.

Great product, we are very pleased with all , but when building out projects we are often unsure of what elements are needed and when and why.

They had a problem connecting to the ISeries and getting the results to the users directory.

Best of all we easily have set up notifications through email to notify the appropriate people when a scheduled project has run and whether it ran successfully or not.

We were able to centralize all MFT scripts. Encryption/Decryption works excellent, job monitoring and Job Scheduling is easy.

Occasionally the software will lock a file when a job fails, and the only way to unlock seems to be a service restart.

That I can send secure communications as well as access my network folders. That it integrates with Active Directory.

When selecting resources, I hate how the entire page must load before I can click on a resource. If I click on one before the entire page loads, then I get an error and have to start all over.
