Bad payment processor - hardly any customer service.

I think it is the best bank to collect and transfer your money.

The fees I have think are a little high. Still less than Stripe so I'll take it.

It is the most infuriating thing I have ever encountered, and when you have a customer on the phone, asking them to repeat the CC number it is quite frustrating.

Using the API with my website was simple enough to set up and everything just works. Customer support is helpful when I had a query.

My experience using this bank was good, so I recommend it because it is reliable and easy to deal with. Many thanks to all Paypal customers.

You can contact them several times, speak with several different persons and no one is able to assist you with your issue.

I am huge fan of PayPal, we all have phones and we can have the software available anywhere we go and makes it super easy to use.

I love how simple it is to use Braintree and the speed that transactions are settled.

So what we liked most was its availability to us, and we weren't too picky about the other aspects as long as it was usable, which it was.

I like the easy conversation and also how I can purchase things more safer.

Marketing materials really confuse merchants when it comes to Braintree / PayPal. Very similar wording makes it hard for merchants to understand which gateway they need to use sometimes.

Setting up Braintree was difficult, in my opinion. Knowledge of API coding was required, and I had to hire a knowledgable developer to get this service integrated with my web site.

I love how it is easy to manage money for me and my employe and splitting it for a fair price. This site is a good site for companies at any size.

Paypal is a bit complicated and a delay in the interface.

So much con :- Customer sucess is very poor : not able to understand our problem- SDK not compatible with modern technology (React Native)- Debugging is a nightmare : log access is a real pain.

Generally it's good but adding more robust features like other credit card processors would be helpful.

There are many good things to test and try, many more than I have tested. The site itself is clean and very well set up with a very low fee per transaction.

This beautiful site provides an electronic payment service simply, very safely and quickly.

This is a really poor performance and I would highly suggest to stay away from this provider.

Finding certain transactions is pretty easy, so it taking credit card payments. It does what it needs to.

We just gave up writing emails about it at some point. Being able to accept Amex cards through the software was also a painful process that took several weeks at the very least.

I set up the system, and I got all these carding requests on the system. They should have stopped the API immediately.

PayPal really cannot be trusted with money. There is so much fraud when using Paypal you end up making  a loss.

As with any fraud prevention software, you don't get to see everything that takes place behind the curtain.

The software has improved in flexibility for reviewing customer orders, but offering faster methods of order review. Their associate respond with thoughtful analysis of risky indicators.

We have implemented Riskified more than a year ago and we are very happy with the results.

Quite expensive, but we get a lot for our money. Without them, we would get a lot of fraudulent orders.

We are able to easily submit all the required documentation to Riskified through the platform and we get the money back because it is backed by Riskified's guarantee.

Riskified protects us and our orders. Their customer support is also ON POINT.

Their entire system is easy to use and not overly technical. We have been a client for a couple of years now and those of us who use Riskified daily are very happy to have it in place.

Sometimes with fraud declines I wish that Riskified provided some more information or insight into their decision making process.

Because of the way the filtering is set it is sometimes hard to get it just right so that you are not denying legit orders but still catching the fraud.

It links into Shopify which we like so it does its thing seamlessly. It is a very valuable service in verifying our purchases.

They have pretty easy to integrate APIs that are reliable. The admin dashboard is designed well and easy to navigate.

I like that it was a pretty simple integration. The Riskified controls we are able to implement for order filtering were very helpful and set up for us by the Riskified implementation team.

I really like that we can type our inquiries and we don't have to call anyone. I like that the analysts will tell us why an order has been declined.

The modified site makes it a bit more difficult to navigate. There is no place to upload photos of cards and IDs.

The system is so user friendly and they have really thought about the ease of use for it's customers.

Their customer support is great and helpful in many ways. The integration process is fairly seamless.

Overall I believe there is a slight learning curve with Riskified, but it's not steep enough to be deterred away from the product, and their portal makes working with fraud enjoyable.

Riskified let you focus on your business and not worry about fraud. It is also a great platform to quickly easily monitor your sales.
