decisions were not as good and required manual intervention. CS team was not as reliable and didn't care about the low term vision of our partnership. Forter has developed product explicitly for us. They are great partner.

Forter Makes stopping fraud and policy abuse easy.

From the day we launched it has allowed my team to stop playing catch up to fraud and policy abuse and let us focus on helping our customers.

Perfect Match for Our Company

Excellent from sales to integration to support (which we rarely need due to the ease of use of their product)

Forter was very diligent in making sure they understood our needs during the sales cycle. Their final presentation hit all the marks and that helped us make an easy buy decision when compared to their competitors.Deployment of the solution was also frictionless, from API integration to training of the Forter Porter admin

that the sales guy we had on the Forter side left the company. He was awesome. But am sure the rest of the sales team is of the same caliber

A true lifesaver

PROS

Forter has saved us tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars. We use to manually guess at fraud checks, but that was not sustainable. Bringing Forter in to automate the process not only freed up our team but saves sales we may have missed and stop any that are suspicious. Forter is invaluable.

CONS

Occasionally transactions that should be allowed are stopped. For example. Our [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was blocked from purchasing while using her company email.

Forter Fraud Protection

Forter was fairly easy to implement and has provided us with tons of real-time data that we can use to track fraud across our e-commerce site. Their sales and customer success teams are eager to ensure the solution is evolving to meet customer needs.

PROS

Forter provides a real-time fraud decision that is using data across the industry to provide the most accuracy.

CONS

Merchants do not have much control over the decisioning logic, which can be good for some merchants.

Solid Fraud prevention AI for Airline

Forter does well in working on it's own. Have seen it introduces updates often which is welcoming aspect. Good support. Helps to find a lot of potential patterns of fraud.

PROS

Ability to pinpoint patterns of connections potential fraudster may use, Real-time live data, very self sustainable - in all essence does not need a lot of manual reviewing

CONS

Room for improvement with reason of declines, especially for long time customers. Transparency on how the decisions are made, especially for bookings made with reward points (miles)
