We have had a lot of issues with their cloud admin portal, either not working or being slow. Their reseller portal is also poor and could do with a re design.

Overall I would say my experience was mutual in a sense that it did its job but had hiccups here or there but was ultimately defeated by itself.

Not able to detect all viruses during computer scan. After entire scan, ESET shows warnings.

This was a slight problem that I didn’t expect. It also seems to run slow but it could be my configuration so I can’t be sure to blame the software yet.

There is no doubt its interface is attractive and useful. I love the entire protection system it provides.

Eset is really useful antivirus software for especially small and midsize businesses. It’s protection and detection features are strong and web console is user friendly.

They have gotten worst especially the Mgmt Console Version 7.x.x.

Sometimes fail to upgrade server side. Hard to implement user agents.

Well I didnt had any prior experience in FGT firewalls but now I think i know way too much since its very easy to use.

We have run into high memory usage and conserve mode a couple times. Sometimes Fortinet will release a new firmware, and once we upgrade, we will start running into memory leak issues.

One of the good parts about this product is having almost all the features and capabilities of enterprise firewalls.

Fortinet offers good tools like the FortiAuthenticator and FortiClient EMS that integrate with the FortiGate.

Additionally, the SSP VPN has been more stable and reliable than our old VPN.

So far we didn't experience and difficulties on using it and our IT are at peace because of not only easy to use and manage, we are highly secured both inbound and outbound activities.

What I found annoying is that some features require a separate license. While these features in competitor companies are among the basic license.

The product is easy to use. The integration was easy.

Around 4 years I am very happy. Bu due to changed price policy Fortigate, I will advise our customer chose other VPN software to work remotely.

The offline update was succeeded which was very disappointing.
