  • Pros

  • Easy user interface and nice to navigate the main pages.
  • The software is accessible at all times and places. Perfect for a very busy practice.
  • Cons

  • No signature on bespoke emails. No area for frequently used attachments to be stored.
  • Some parts are rather 'clunky' particularly the 'search' section which can be frustrating. Setting up documents also need looking at.

  • Walla is intuitive and simple, yet incredibly powerful. Our students can register with an ease we have never experienced at our studio, we rarely have client issues logging in or creating accounts.
  • Walla has been an amazing addition to our studios. The most important thing is our customers and being able to make everything easy for them.
  • Cons

  • There are a few things that are missing BUT the Walla team listens. At any time I can email or call and someone responds immediately to a question.
  • There were some additional capabilities around automated messaging and retail that was part of the previous software we used that I miss.
