Edsby offers a very successful communication tool to schools. Edsby links, Administrators, Teachers, Students and Parents with day to day knowledge of the academic and personal progress of students.

I mainly use Edsby for it's gradebook and report card features. I find it very easy to work with and like to it auto-saves information that is input.

The customer support is fantastic. The product is NOT fantastic.

What I like most about Edsby is the ease of use for teachers and students.

Even though Edsby has a file management system, I can easily integrate Google Drive and other tools within it.

Good features, mostly intuitive and easy to use. Mostly timely and responsive customer service.

It is easy to use and yet has depth which allows our savvy teachers to continue to discover and share features.

The best part about Edsby is all the amazing features it includes.

Edsby allows us to centralize all learning-related communication into one management system quite effectively.

Great investment and a robust tool. Easy to use for the social media savvy.

What I liked least was how often the site would crash. It was very hard to use because it loaded when it wanted to.

I love the fact that I can have students write a self-correcting quiz that automatically shows up in the Gradebook module.

Generally intuitive and clear. Student and parent contact info is easy to find.

And there are NO UNDO options. On many screens where an information bubble pops up - it remains there no matter what is clicked on and you have to reload the page to make it go away.

I would highly recommend this tool to other schools for its features and ease of use.

I like the features that allow me and my students to communicate feedback and check progress of activiites.

The concept is wonderful if it could be executed correctly. It did the job for a few months but we had to change programs to save both teachers and parents sanity.

I have to delete auto-posted files from the feed that end up in the library otherwise it will become quickly over-run, confusing and ineffective as a communicative tool.

If students or teachers are registered for multiple classes, there is no way to pin, prioritize or re-organize the order of classes, either for yourself or for your students.

Designed with Ontario curriculum in mind which makes it more responsive to our local needs. It is  user friendly and parents seem to enjoy the communication options.

This reduces the costs of time and resources of the front office staff of looking up the student's data / progress and keeping paper copies of records for years beyond.

It is a user friendly app, teachers can easily use it, parents love it and stay connected and as a manager I can use it as an ERP for my daycare.

I am super happy with this software. For me as a manager made things easier, more efficient and well organised.

Easy to use the billing process. Very intuitive process of child registration, tarif management and following process  of payments.

It brings great value for our school because we use only one app for all our needs. The customer support is the best.

Kinderpedia is easy to use and gives you access to all kind of valuable information that a parent needs to stay up to date with their kids wellbeing while being away in daycare/school.

The videos upload is quite slow, it could be faster. My teachers avoid uploading videos because of this.

For us is difficult to use live chat beacuse parents don’t replay to us on kinderpedia the replay us on watsapp.

Billing&payments - lack of functionality related to automatic notifications to the management regarding the expiring period of the contract, expiring the tarif plan allocated to the child.

The software is very modern, useful, great for mobile. It has lots of features, it looks very friendly and both parents and teachers love it.

I have used this app in other contexts and I am very pleased with it. It is a smart application that has incorporated into it the most used areas within a company.

Albeit the payment process for clients is smooth, the overall management options for the admin side is limited compared to my business needs.

KINDERPEDIA help me a lot with the lesson, because is more easy to make a plan, to controlling the homework, and many other very good thinks.

I loved the financial sistem they provide and how easily we can communicate with parents, give them updates and have track on each child.

It still has many bugs, the updates are done during working hours and they usually create errors that impede essential communication on the platform.

Correspondence with Kinderpedia was very good, my requests it was solved quickly, the staff was very friendly.

I like that I can have attendance, communication and financial aspects in the same app.

The unpleasant aspects are far from this software. However, each thing has positive and negative aspects and many ideas in development.

Best thing is the live feed of the child progress each day at any given moment, easy tracking of activities for teachers, the clear reports.

It is very intuitive, implementation is easy, technical support is the best.

I am satisfied with the application, I am curently using it and I recommend it to other people.

What our team likes most is the easy to use, intuitive interface and the very helpful and prompt customer service. The payment plans for each customer are a great tool as well.
