Overall Canva is a nice solution if you are a non-designer like me. It's the capability to give outputs in different forms like PDF and SVG apart from PNG and JPG is really helpful in my case.

They have great customer service and amazing designer templates. They make marketing for my business incredibly easy.

It's super easy to use even if you have little to no design experience, and has an amazing array of templates and design elements you can use for free or minimal costs.

Also there have been times when I have lost a design accidentally using Canva on my computer due to changing the template accidentally.

I look at the tracking info and they won't be here until MONDAY. They screwed us over so bad, I will NEVER use this service again.

Excellent - definitely very comfortable using, excellent and innovative ways to create resumes. It'll be the only thing I use to do that from now on.

For instance, if I have text, a picture, and a box shape to outline the text, it can be extremely frustrating to move them around without accidentally moving the wrong item.

Canva is clearly focused on being the best, easy to use graphics program out there. Their pro subscription is quite good and worth the money if you use it frequently.

For group projects, only one person can be signed in at a time otherwise you risk losing some of the work.

What I miss the most is I can’t do a drop shadow on an object. Often I’ll have to create the rest of the design, export it, then open it to Photoshop and add that element and drop shadow there.

If I had to complain about something, I’d say the amount of screens I have to go through when I open it can be a little frustrating.

The tool is super easy to use for all levels, having zero knowledge for me it was a great help to have found Canva.

Super easy to make an infographic and white paper. I signed up and was able to make a six page white paper that was fantastic in about 3 hours.

Venngage does exactly what it sets out to do in a way that is actually fun for the user. The features are great and it makes creating an infographic more fun than it is work.

For this I have the problem that when I edit a text field, often just the text disappears and I have to rewrite the text.

We are in a time crunch and despite asking several times to speed up the answers, that didn't happen despite signs saying they were in fact open on Presidents day. Wasted my time and money.

Don't have a graphics agency so a lot of times I have to create things myself, and this program makes it fun and is so worth it to me.
