As this software is new to our organization, I have to say your customer support team is unbelievably knowledgeable and always willing to help.

No automatic renewal for classes  or automatic monthly charges. Customer service are very hard to reach with no phone number to directly call.

I think the biggest con for me is that there is no actual point of sale connected to the software.

The integration was fairly simple, the support team is great and very responsive whenever we have questions.

I am very happy with my experience with Jackrabbit. I have never been discouraged, and every time I  don't know how to do something, I have always reached out for help and gotten help right away.

I love that all the rolls are in one place and that it is easy to see weekly views when figuring out schedules for each session.

Easy to use software that does multi tasking for the different areas of class and financial management. For someone who is brand new to using the software, it was very user friendly.

Bending the application to match 2 different income strategies has been hard. We use tuition and pay per class.

Website integration is awesome,  I use square for my business and as far as I know this is the only software that integrates square into there system.

The only one thing I have found that I have had trouble with is when I search for a member if they are frozen their name doesn't come up in the search. I have to go to the frozen tab to find them.

Eran goes out of his way to help and answers quickly. They were also willing to work with us on price which for a small school is greatly appreciated.

I like how easy it is for my students to pre-book their classes, the dashboard is awesome showing me who is attending for the day's sessions, and the emailing system is one of my most liked features.

I dislike not being able to give INDIVIDUAL stripes when a promotion is made. I can put stripes on the color belts, but it shows everyone with the same stripes.
