  • Pros

  • Help scout is very user friendly , customer support is very efficient and feels like one to one interaction. The chat option is the best feature for real time support.
  • A very Nice clean board that is very functional. Have used it for multiple aspects of the business and it does a solid job of it all.
  • Cons

  • I hate its search because it is ridiculously stupid. You can't find what you need, keywords don't work etc.
  • It's really difficult to spice things up for the customer.

  • Its user interface is best, compared to other tools like Putty where everything is black n white, hard to find error in code. In mobaxterm, colours help to fix script and commands.
  • Easy to use tool, enables multiple connections at a time and cool feature which use most of the time is we can type on both servers at a time.

  • The interface may be cluttered or confusing, making locating the required settings or choices difficult. This may cause frustration and make it difficult to use the software successfully.
  • The lack of scripting capabilities and support block this app from being competitor for the commercial applications.
