Modern IT Help Desk System
We are able to quickly customize the application the way we need it using their zero-code designer tools. I can work from my phone just as easily as my desktop.

Great tool for Ticketing and Support HelpDesk!
Tracking enrollment for employees of our clients was major challenge. We used to have to rely on email and paper enrollment form processing. We were missing emails and losing track of emails. With the implementation of the Wavity ticketing system, the overall management of enrollment process has been streamlined in our office. We do not miss on enrollments and that in turn has cut down our processing times and saved us many hrs every month.
PROSThe user interface of Wavity tool is very simple and easy to work with. Training our staff on this tool has been very simple. There are several applications included that have been easy to implement. We use the tool for employee benefits tracking for our clients employees. The Wavity support team is always quick to help and we have been enjoying great experience.
CONSSo far we did not get any major issues with the implementation and usage.

Easy to use IT Ticketing tool

Modern customizable IT Helpdesk
Its highly flexible tool with all required features for ITSM Solutions and it is customizable where I can automate workflows as required and it is very cost effective. Even mobile app is very user-friendly for managing tickets in the platform.

Really appreciate the easy startup for new programs
We have been able to set up several program with quick turn around, our end users are very happy with the product, and support has been great!
PROSEase of setup, quick turn around, great customer support.
CONSI didn't like that we were unable to sort some of the columns in lists and reports. Seems to be some limitations on the reporting side but support helped us through it.
