It has its own channel manager and web reservation system which means our availability is always up-to-date we never overbook. And the support team are great and always ready to help.

While there will always be a place for the higher end PMS solutions ~ CLOCK PMS is perfect for our business and we're really super happy we made the switch.

Again, I have worked with some horrible software and I have been really pleased with CLOCK. They even have a wish list where users can vote on which features we want them to develop next.

What I liked the most with this, is that I used to work for a company who used this system and got me to know the features it provides. Easy to use and I was able to enter employee info quickly.

Easy to use, usefull, display colour, So far this software is good.

It fulfills all the requirements and the interface is very intuitive. Another plus are the regular updates and the interesting new features which are added without the client having to do anything.

Difficult to use and to set up the invoice system and payments for back office.

Very good value product. Would recommend to any hotel.

There isn't a single thing that I don't like about Clock PMS.

Finally we found Clock, and it is exactly what we've been looking for. It has great functionality, and a pricetag that is perfect for us (a small hotel).

Very cumbersome, then the for each season there was no default, so I had to spend 45 minutes per season updating the extended rates.

What I liked most about Clock PMS is The workflow is simple, great API functions and a very good support and technical staff.

For example, if a reservation has not been paid off, then the color will be red, and if it has paid off the color is green, etc. i really like this. I hope it will always be good like this.

Just to say the recent changes in the banquet and function sheet and invoice display are  much better than before. Great to see the charges on the banquet sheet.

Overall, we have had a wonderful experience with CLOCK. I researched many systems and am very happy with my decision.

What I absolutely love about Clock PMS is the screen visibility, the fact that it is very easy to use and you can run good reports using it.

Shades of blue, white and gray make it elegant. With this software we can also manage, as well as provide an overview of existing reservations.

I love the maintenance feature that allows us to see which rooms have issues and what they are. I don't use the rate features because we use Room Price Genie, so I cannot comment on it.

Clock PMS won our trust with its ease of use, the rapid support replies and the customer support as a whole.

Product is always improving and the support staff are excellent. Good value compared to some of the other PMS on the market.

The program works great in combination with their POS solution. And last but not least, their help desk is always available, very helpful and service minded.

Clock PMS combines good hospitality management technology with user-friendly interface design which helps us easily arrange the rooms as well as better engage with value customers.

The software is easy to use, lean, reliable and has a very good cost/benefit (it's on a subscription basis, so you don't need to invest anything upfront).

When we were looking for PMS there were couple of problems which needed to be solved.

We love this software and it definitely speeds up the process and makes for an overall better experience.

It was very easy to enter our programs into the Rezgo system. We created one full program, then could duplicate and modify after that, making entering our 300+ programs for the season go very quickly.

But most of all the customer service is outstanding. Every question we had, big or small, was answered and action upon on very quickly.

Super-easy to integrate with the WordPress plugin. Connected to Viator, Expedia and GetYourGuide, which helps a great deal to not have to manage availability on so many websites.

Can have people pay deposit but no follow up for full amount meaning you need to use other payment methods.

After the last update, I found it somewhat difficult when it came to looking for the Bookings of the day.

Great for startups because there are no set up cost and super fast customer service.

The information I got from these reports were priceless so it would be fantastic to have this on a dashboard in Rezgo.

It's always frightening when a software provider lets you know they a releasing a new update but Rezgo gave us over 9 months to prepare for the changes that were coming.

It is also very difficult if you run a tour at varying times per day.

Its a very great system to work with and easy to customize. Their turn around time for support is very good and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Otherwise, the integration with our WP site went very smoothly. There technical support team is the best.

The customer service has been excellent and we're excited to have so many features available without having to purchase an expensive 'gold' package, like other services offer.
