Using 2DAYSMOOD helps ProRail changing issues into right calls to action
Using 2DAYSMOOD we found a tool that helps us feeding the conversation between employee and manager, in the right direction. The way you feel, affect your team and your production as the companies' culture. The tool can most certainly help me, from my role, addressing the right topics!
PROSI like the drivers, based on the Employee Happiness Model, most. The give us the possibility to focus on the drivers with the biggest gaps between importance and satisfaction. So our call to action does not go to the assumed organizational, department or team problem, but to the biggest problem decided by the users: our employees!t
CONSWe would prefer the option to also make cross organizational overviews, so our multidisciplinaire teams are also supported by this tool.

Save Your Money!
2DM has been a waste of time and money for the associates and the company.
PROSI did not like any aspect of 2DM, except for ease of use.
CONSProvides a forum for associtaes to discreetly state their grievances. Associtaes who are happy or content rarely leave comments. I equate 2DM to Yelp.

Simple, Science backed, Effective!
We have managed to get our happiness level up resulting in more energy, productivity and FUN at work. At first we didn't now where to start exactly, but we found that work-life balance and internal communication were topics to improve. So we initiated some small improvements in our team and it'sworking.
PROSThe data dashboards are surprisingly valuable and useful in teams. Because of the weekly mood reports and trendlines, you can take action immedtiately or proactively to prevent bigger problems.
CONSI would like to get more advice on how to interpret the data and how to continue with the given insights. For instance, what is an average ''healthy'' stress level in organization?

It immediately looked fun and simple to use, but the website also showed the method had an extensive scientific base. I liked that combination.
