This software is very user friendly. Easy to set up, easy to use. My hiring managers are able to see all their applicants in one platform.

I think the reporting can use some improvement, but they are putting out new releases pretty often so that could be resolved soon.

It made it extremely easy and helpful in finding applicants when our own recruiting platform isn't coming through for us.

More detailed screening questions, way to narrow down our applicants. One thing that I have seen is that some users are using this platform to fulfill some sort of job hunting requirements and have no intention of even showing up for an interview. i.e. unemployment, probation or parolees.

I can get any candidates, from zero experience to already trained crew.

Apploi truly consolidated my recruiting activities to one central platform and increased application traffic without having to spend much on job postings.

What I like most about this product is that it automates the recruiting process in an organized fashion. It allows for customization while intuitively providing templates to utilize.

Initially, I wasn't too happy with the functionality on a mobile platform, but with recent updates, there has been increased functionality while on the go.

Because of Apploi, our time to hire is decreasing monthly, and having the numerous reports available makes it easy to see where candidates are coming from, where we need to spend more money, and where we can cut back. In addition, Applois integration with Indeed has been a tremendous help, and the ability to sponsor ads directly through Apploi is a game changer when working with multiple businesses!

Ease of use is critical for us when training employees on the system. Being able to introduce a new Apploi user to the system in thirty minutes or less is a huge plus! The system is highly user-friendly!

Not being able to post our own blind ads can be difficult and having to turn off email notifications every time we post a job has also caused some issues when having multiple people post jobs. Email notifications being automatically turned off and then on if needed would be very helpful.

Prior to joining Homewatch, I implemented ICIMS at my previously company, and I really enjoy the Appoli platform better. The interface is clean and simple. In addition, the support we get from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] our client services contact is outstanding. She is always super responsive and willing to help.

The features we enjoy the most are: • The ability for Caregivers to complete application on their phone o This is a game changer, most Caregivers do not have a PC at home o Having the Caregivers complete the application before coming to the office also expedites the interview process, and helps free up resources on my admin team, from having to help the applicants complete everything here • The ability to text Caregivers the application o This process is so simple, whenever we speak to a qualified candidate by phone, we immediately text them the application

Being that Apploi is flexible, adaptable and willing to hear suggestions on how their platform can be customized and improved, there really are no cons! The recommendations are taken straight to the tech team for brainstorming sessions and eventually can turn into actual implementations!

This is one of the best systems I've ever used. It does what it's supposed to on a high level. In the very unusual instances where an issue comes up, the customer service I get from my rep [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is so quick and efficient, I don't dread the rare issues that come up. When a new function is introduced, I get a heads up and offered a quick and simple training. The intuitive interface and ease of use is what really sets this system apart from the others.

the user interface is so well though out, it's really easy to locate and navigate the software, because even if you're using a new function that you haven't used before, you can figure out on your own where to click and where to go. It's really intuitive.

If we post a job ad on Apploi that for some reason does not pass the job ad site's censors, we are not alerted that the job ad isn't posted. For example, if you post a job ad with terminology Indeed does not approve of, such as click bait terminology, you will not be alerted that the job ad was rejected by Indeed.

Using Apploi has allowed us to streamline the application to interview process. It is easy to identify new applicants & communicate with them on Apploi.

Apploi is an easy software program to use. It is easy to use on a smart phone, tablet or computer.

Our company has special features activated so, at the local level, we cannot sponsor/boost a post.

In healthcare, it's difficult to find people but with Apploi, I have an abundance of candidates that are actually qualified for the positions I'm trying to fill. This is much better than randomly searching for candidates on Indeed or Monster.
