Our HR Department brought this tool to management to assist with managing a growing staff count. It's been an asset!

BPMLink does make the monthly process of tracking goals easier than utilizing spreadsheet data. We allow the staff to add additional goals for projects that come up during the month.

Sometimes I get lost in the setup of the Annual Goals. It's daunting at first when you are developing the goals to provide the metrics that allow for goal setting.

Our company uses this software to track performance. I am not convinced this is an accurate depiction of employee performance.

I appreciate the value of performance software, and it does help the managers track the employee's performance.

I don't completely feel that it is an accurate depiction of the performance of an employee, especially when goals are set up in a general fashion. I do find the reporting to be vague when having to choose whether you think you "inspire others" or are "on track" or "behind." Does that really track an employee's true performance? Sometimes the results may be due to a team and not one employee.

I created personal goals and was employee reviewed; neither of which seemed smooth or forward thinking. Maybe as the company uses the software more readily will the process become useful.

In concept, the employee review process seemed simple, however in action it was not. Creating goals, etc. had seemingly multiple ways to do so, and there was not an easy way to explain how to use/do the correct version.

Does not seem overly helpful in the limited use our company employees it for.

It was an easy way for my manager and I to talk about my current goals and upcoming goals to make sure I stay on track and see where I may have needed help.

nothing really to dislike about the software, it's simple and intuitive.

I like having one place to track our team members' responsibilities and goals, and have the ability to measure their progress in real time.

We have recurring meetings, but seem to be required to enter new meetings over and over.

My manager and I use it to communicate company and personal goals.

It's replaced our old, Employee Goal System and this is so much easier and easy to recall old records. Nice upgrade from our archaic paper system.

I think so far it's working really well with staff. None that I can think of at this time.

There are lots of steps to setting up this tool buts once your done, its pretty easy to navigate.

Archiving old goals was a bit tedious. I remember having to go back to read instructions when you'd think it would be more intuitive.

- The system is very easy to use. - It has a function to set up meetings with managers.

When setting up a goal, I prefer traditional in person meeting as managers and employees can talk about their opinions and agree on something both side can accept. However, the platform does not offer a good tool to achieve that kind of communications other than setting up a meeting. Or there is nothing to enforce the manager to ensure it happens.

It's easy to use. I like the little jumping man that celebrates achievements.

It's too simplified. There is such much that I can't express or capture. I'd chose an excel format over this for the flexibility.

I really like how you can get more organized in your goals and progress. It is easy to track and evaluate performance.

I would only like more ellaboration on the progress, on track vs. ahead, perhaps offering a definition or a way to quantify that.

The self evaluation features are very helpful and open communication between the agent and manager.

For people who are new to the software it can be difficult to navigate and find specific areas.
