This is a performance development product for any organisation, from the simplest hierarchy up.
The rating section of the survey is easy to access, easy to use, easy to follow, easy to complete. The sliders give the opportunity for great accuracy by using a percentage scale. The questions can be chosen from pre-designed sets or can be provided by the client. The reports provide a fabulous amount of data, yet it is easy to pick out the important aspects that would assist the participant in developing a plan for performance improvement. The workbook feature is a powerful tool that helps the participant develop their own personal development plan.
CONSWith so many pages in the report, it could be helpful to have a 'progress' bar that shows your position in the navigation of the document.

Not just a software provider - a great partner
An accommodating, personable and flexible software provider who listens to your requirements but also provides excellent advice based on extensive experience within the service field. Our experience with Click 360 has been one of partnership and growth - working together to design and build 360 feedback systems with an ethos of continual improvement.
PROSClick 360 are able to provide basic software templates to ensure systems are easy to navigate and provide advise on which features to include to make the system more intuitive, but are also very flexible in terms of accommodating unique client requirements for features.
CONSIf there is anything that we feel needs improving on our systems, then we just talk it through with Click 360 and it gets solved - we have an ongoing working partnership with them, which is what makes the solution work so well for us and our clients.

Providing 360 Feedback
Poor & stressful
PROSThere are a good set of questions to respond too.
CONSThe set up of the survey is not easy for those providing feedback. The functionality of the system is poor - it would be better if all questions linked to one theme are on the same page. It would also help if you could have a list of the themes or be able to move forward and back through the questions so you can anticipate questions and make sure you are giving appropriate feedback for each one.

Reliable, excellent user interface, strong customer support
We use the platform to support our clients' leadership assessments, onboarding, coaching, leadership development programmes, and ongoing developmental feedback processes. The core platform is highly flexible and where customization is important to us it has been reasonably priced. The team are a pleasure to deal with: technically competent and astute, commercially reasonable, ethical, personable and accessible.
PROSClear, easy to understand and use, which help to generate valid data. Reliable and secure, data security is strong (and has passed some rigorous testing by some very security conscious clients). Integration has been carefully and robustly handled and updates are generally seamless.
CONSNothing I can think of - the team are highly responsive to feedback and the software has been continuously improved.

Brilliant product for multi-rater performance reviews/360-degree feedback. Three different ways of buying, meaning that there's something to fit everyone's need and budget.
