Outstanding tool to boost team and individual performance
Based on comparison with other surveys and companies that I have worked with, I would rank G360 at the top. They have earned that position!
PROSG360 surveys are easy to use: intuitive, convenient for all involved. The reports are in-depth, but focused, allowing supervisors and direct reports to gain maximum advantage. I like the fact that the survey is based in research, not just random questions that may or may not be important. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is an expert in his field, with strong academic credentials and real-world experience. I also appreciate the focus on steps toward improvement. It is not just a diagnostic assessment, but offers resources on how to improve.
CONSI would like to see even more videos and advice from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] embedded in the survey reports. The more wisdom we can get from him, the better!

Unlock individual and team potential!
The G360 is the most intuitive tool I’ve seen in the 360 assessment space. The user experience is universally positive, the report is clear and easy to understand, and the feedback is presented in a way that can be easily discussed because everything is research-based. For all of these reasons, the G360 makes what could be a very difficult feedback moment much easier.
CONSAt times, the G360 Team version can *feel* time-consuming, depending on the number of team members that need to be reviewed, but it is always worth it.

I switched because I wanted something more substantive and more credible to the user.

Easy to use and an invaluable tool for you and your team
I learned a lot from conducting the survey with my team. I think every team/manager should go through these exercises yearly to see how they are doing. They really do provide constructive feedback on where your strengths and weaknesses are.

Great value and very helpful follow-up
I used G360 surveys with university-level business students after they had done considerable work together in teams. As you can imagine, young people can often have an undeveloped view of how they impact other people for good or for ill. Getting this kind of feedback specific to each of them, along with the follow-up resources, is very useful and productive at this stage of life. Some students get newfound encouragement and confidence from the process, while others get corrective feedback in a very honest but low-risk way. Students are often surprised at their results, and always very grateful for the process.
PROS1. G360 was incredibly easy, both during setup (which took very little time); for the evaluators, who found it complete without being time-consuming; and for those evaluated, who found the reports straightforward and easy to understand. 2. There are specific follow-ups for each area of improvement--websites, readings, tips, etc. So each person being evaluated receives not only a critique, but professionally chosen resources for how to improve in that specific area. People (both evaluators, who want to be helpful, and those evaluated) really appreciate this. 3. The ability to compare oneself not only to local norms but also to a much larger population gives everyone confidence that there is a lot of research and data behind the results. 4. The price is very reasonable, especially for the value received.
CONSHonestly, to get anything better (meaning more customized) would cost many multiples of the G360. To get all that is included (including all the follow-up resources) at this price is remarkable.
Reason for choosing G360 Surveys
I had been a user of G360 Surveys and was impressed by them, and when I found out the price, it was clear that there was nothing else out there that combined the affordability and usefulness. It was an easy choice the first time, my expectations were exceeded, and I now regularly use G360.
