Easy photo upload and comments. Nice tagging of colleagues

From something we thought would be a luxury, to a tool we cannot live without anymore!

The overall experience. We like how the employees are adopting the tool, and how they are as open-minded to company news as ever. Company culture is blooming, and employee engagement is blowing up the roof. As already mentioned, from a nice-to-have to a complete must-have tool.

PROS

We are finally finding a way to communicate with our workforce effectively. Our employee engagement has reached the highest level yet, and the company culture is as healthy as possible. From a tool we thought would be a luxury and a nice to have, to a complete must-have. We cannot imagine our day-to-day without Jenz.

CONS

We dont like how the status feature is not so adoptable across our users and we see some room for improvement there.

Creatubg better community inside the organization and presenting emplyees in casual way which makes better picture about the team members

CONS

Tag not allowed in the picture/post, no option to share content from you tube, facebook, instagram etc.

Jenz revolutionized our company

We've been using Jenz as the main internal communication tool for over a year and the results have been amazing. Our company is 20+ locations, 8+ countries and 500+ employees so keeping them all up-to-speed with current company updates as well as maintaining good spirits, communication and connecting in the corona times has been crucial and ostly succeeded.

PROS

Easy to use, fast responsive and logical.

CONS

It's really similar to a stripped down versions of Instagram, so our expectations ar ealways being compared to Instagram. Some features such as posting short videos or even enabling direct upload of gifs from your native keyboard would be welcome to continue conversations under a post.

My review

I'm quite pleased with using this app because it is easy way of communacation with people within my company.

PROS

I have the opportunity to get acquainted with my colleagues and different activities that take place within and outside the business environment.

CONS

Some features could be improved, for example when you comment somebody's post and other person mark it with a like, it's not possible to see who was that person!
