Great post implementation customer support

Would like to explore more potential from this platform to make it even better.

PROS

Very customer focused and approachable with all queries from the team. No problem is a big thing. The communication is clear and helpful.

CONS

Not sure about this yet.. I don't think there is anything to improve. We need to do more train for the team to get the best out of it.

Reason for choosing Jobtrain

We ran a very robust procurement process and Jobtrain plus their add-on reporting tool Yelllowfin was the highlight to win this contract

Greater visibility to hiring managers Flexibility to change with our business Great support from Jobtrain

CONS

Some of the actions on the system take several clicks to complete and it feels like this could be reduced. However the update later this year may resolve this.

Jobtrain and Leigh Academies Trust - 8 year partnership

I am thrilled with the transformation Jobtrain has brought to our recruitment process. Its user-friendly interface, coupled with customisation options, has streamlined our recruitment operations that have supported our growth as a MAT. Overall, Jobtrain has been an empowering and indispensable tool in revolutionising our recruitment process, and we will be signing up for another 3 years shortly.

PROS

As People Director of a large Trust, I must say that Jobtrain has been an absolute game-changer for us. It has enabled the Trust to offer a centralised recruitment service that is both agile and responsive, the best feature is the ability to automate steps in the recruitment process to ensure candidates are communicated with fully throughout the recruitment cycle.

CONS

When we first implemented the system were unable to use referencing as it works slightly differently in the education sector but Jobtrain have improved the reference functionality so it now works in the way we need it to.

Reason for choosing Jobtrain

Better overall system and more cost effective. In the long term it was the right choice as the other product is no longer on the market.

Excellent customer support

It's very user friendly and intuitive. The clear self-service user guides and customer support aspect of Jobtrain makes this product a pleasure to use.

PROS

The customer support we receive from Jobtrain is second to none. The help desk are available by phone with an immediate resolve to my issues or questions. They're all so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. On the rare occassion they aren't able to help me during the call, they always get back to me that day and follow up to make sure that the issue is fixed.

CONS

It would be great to have more autonomy to select certain functions for jobs/application forms. ie. a function which only pulls through certain jobs onto external job boards, and have an option to turn of CV auto-fill function on certain application forms etc. rather than the function being on/off across the organisation.

Living up to its tagline

Jobtrain has provided a cost effective applicant tracking platform for our company for the last 15 years, constantly developing and re-inventing the applicant journey, committed to expanding into new areas to better partner with our needs not just for today but also to provide the candidate experience for the future.

PROS

The simplicity of the user interface in providing information needed to make decisions on the progress of recruitment activity coupled with the near endless customization available in the system makes for an impressive package. The support offered by the Jobtrain team in on-boarding/training and developing the applicant tracking portal is first class and the team often go above and beyond offering dedicated client success managers along side experienced recruitment professionals familiar with recruitment processes in the UK

CONS

The shear volume of options and customization can be a minefield to navigate at first, however the team at Jobtrain are quick to reassure and educate, and in many cases happy to pitch in to solve any issues and provide guidance going forward.

Great product and even better support

A genuinely very good experience and I would highly recommend the product, but also the team.

PROS

Jobtrain is a very user friendly product that helps us manage our candidate journey with relative ease. The support offered by the helpdesk is second to none. No question or request is too much effort and they always make time to respond quickly and explain any changes with the necessary detail. They are a joy to work with.

CONS

- Interview booking system could be a little less clunky- The Yoti integration could have considered the 'Rejection' route a little more thoroughly- Some elements of configuration could be handed over to the client admins (e.g. updates to new starter forms etc)

PROS

The applicant tracking system, it is accessible, reduces the paperwork and improves efficiency with time and responses.

CONS

When issuing reference requests, referees have 30 mins to complete the form once they have accessed it. This has been something that is a regular issue.

Great support for a small, growing charity

PROS

JobTrain has great customer service and provides an out of the box recruitment system. This was hugely beneficial for our small charity at its time of growth. Using JTGo, we had access to exactly what we needed and JobTrain were very charitable in the support that they provided us.

CONS

With the system being out of the box, there are sometimes features that are not needed or don't always work in exactly the way that you want it to (not always a con, especially as it was our choice to use an out of the box system).

Everything at your finger tips

overall we have had a great expereince.

PROS

You can get access to alot of recruitment information, will produce reports and graphs to see how you are recuiting aand attracting candidates. useful information.

CONS

I dont use it daily so sometimes can be difficult to naivigate.

The Team are absolutely amazing

PROS

It's easy to navigate around the product, everything is laid out in a simplistic way in which you can find what you need relatively quickly.

CONS

Not being able to filter on certain areas including recruiter name, you can only put in order. Not being able to delete unneeded roles/candidate applications and can only archive roles.

Excellent System - Strong functionality, UX and reliable

Excellent system, easy to use and reliable. Excellent configuration options and meets the core requirements we look for in an ATS. Importantly the CSMs and Support Team are friendly and responsive, engaging with us to develop the system and solving issues quickly.

PROS

User experience, both for the customer (candidates/managers) and for myself and the HR team that use/configure the system

CONS

Reporting functionality not the easiest to utilise for colleagues that do not regularly use BI modules.
