Easy, Flexible, Seamless & Very High Quality

We use it in Leadership Development and 1-2-1 Coaching to raise self awareness and encourage leaders to focus more on areas highlighted by the report. It really makes a difference.

PROS

Lumus allows you to customize 360 questionnaires to your specific needs. Reports are easy to interpret and those receiving the reports find them incredibly useful and informative

CONS

No cons for me. It’s easy to set up, easy to use and easy to interpret. It’s professionally produced and doesn’t cost the earth. There’s nothing to dislike

Great for unearthing true feedback

The process of identifying the key technical, person and business skills my team would like feedback against was easy and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] handled tailoring our questionnaire well. The questionnaire was easy to use and the report was well structured.

PROS

The main advantage of the tool is the structured anonymised feedback which allows your to track the progress of your teams development after interventions. Our common non-anonymised feedback my team used to get to help with their personal development was very superficial and what Lumus360 assists in is creating nice meaty feedback that my team can action on.

CONS

The tool is great, the reports are great and so for this you pay a slightly higher price

Lumus360 -

My overall experience with Lumus360 has been excellent. Not only is the software very intuitive and easy to use, the reports and analytics are excellent with a great balance of quantitative and qualitative feedback. You also get great expertise and guidance from the Lumus team. I would strongly recommend the product.

PROS

It's a very intuitive product - very easy to use for 360 participants, for responders and for administrators. It's easy to set-up, provides great flexibility and enables you to manage multiple 360 projects in a really straightforward way.

CONS

I can't think of anything at all. I find it extremely straightforward and that it provides me with all the analytics and data that is required.

The value of LUMUS 360

A very positive experience from the start. We have an excellent product which LUMUS can and is adapting to any new requirements such as input on emotional intelligence. Always easy to contact, they provide us with up to date research on 360 feedback and respond positively to our own suggestions and ideas. They are an ideal business partner and I recommend them unreservedly.

PROS

LUMUS enabled us to do what we had been wanting to do for some time: provide a cost effective of enabling school leaders to experience feedback from colleagues, along with their own perceptions, on their leadership. LUMUS was extremely helpful in designing the product in a way that was easy to use, gained the confidence of the users and enabled the coaches to construct powerful dialogues with their clients around the strengths of their leadership and how they could best improve it.

CONS

I can’t think of any area that needed improvement. The whole set up was very easy to use and provided the key messages which we needed to get across.

Great Report

Lumas provide an excellent service. Their response to queries and questions is super-fast and the distribution of reports is efficient. I would highly recommend.

PROS

Both high level and more detailed information which makes for a great coaching conversation.

CONS

I am yet to see how we can use group reporting, so I am keen to see what this looks like.

Been a user of Lumus for close to a year, and I am impressed by the quality and customer service

The customer service is prompt and efficient.

PROS

The software gets used to provide 360 reports for people attending our workshops. We have found the software easy to use and value for money.

CONS

A few more options on the dashboard would be nice, however it is clear and concise.

This software is easy to use. The Team at Lumus particularly [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are super helpful. They helped me upgrade our previous clunky 360 process to the use of their tool creating an efficient and insightful method of gathering 360 feedback for our Executive Leadership Team and beyond with helpful reports for each of our Executives. Thank you [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for all of your help.

There is nothing that I don't like about the software - it's easy to deploy and use

Using Lumus 360 with clients

As a coach and trainer, the information in this report is practical and tangible - easy for the client to identify behaviours they want to work on as well as confirming strengths.

PROS

Questions can be tailored to competencies relevant to the client; the process is seamless and easy to use; very good and responsive support.

CONS

The only feature missing is comparison information. When I am using this with a client using customised questions we can identify patterns and provide some comparisons for individual clients.

PROS

I have worked with Lumus360 for many years. What I like most about the software is that it's really flexible; really easy to customise and tailor to the business need. Any changes I have asked for have been executed quickly and inexpensively. The customer service support is always excellent.

CONS

Compared to other products it may not be the most sophisticated tool and can look and feel a little basic from a user experience perspective - but the pros do outweigh the cons!

Excellent service - very responsive and helpful!

The process of collecting in the feedback was a completely hands-off experience from our point of view. I was impressed with how responsive the support team were to any queries from myself or the users.

I was impressed with how bespoke it was, they made sure we had a questionnaire which was fit for purpose as well as customising branding and reports.

I've always found Lumus 360 to be very helpful whenever I approach them with a specific need. They turn things around very quickly and the quality of what they deliver always meets my expectations.

PROS

It is easy to set up and also very straightforward to bespoke to my needs.

CONS

There's nothing that comes to mind. I've never had a negative experience with anything I've done with Lumus 360.

Excellent customisable tool

The whole process from start to finish has been seamless. The team at Lumus360 listened to our needs, and provided advice and support every step of the way. Training was given, and training templates were shared with us, again making our journey straight forward.

PROS

We had undertaken work on leadership behaviours, and the fact that the 360 could be customised to represent the areas we needed linked to our work was a particular benefit. The Lumus360 team suggested questions which reflected the areas we wanted to explore, so our role was quality assuring these, saving us a significant amount of work. We liked the fact that the feedback was split into different roles, and the tool was easy for all staff members to use. Detailed reports are provided with scores and comments, which are particularly useful for next steps in leadership development.

CONS

The only aspect we would change is the line management scores and comments being separate - we understand the benefit of this, but it is the only role where feedback is not anonymous.
