Love the thoughtful prompts and focus areas on a vast yet really detailed list of skills. Having these at the finger tips of our team members makes it very easy for anyone and everyone to give and seek feedback.

Nothing in particular, they are just getting started and would love to see them keep up the pace they are on.

Matter is such a small tool solving such a foundational problem about recognition, and gratitude at work. It's great to receive a feedback and give a feedback in a fun, engaging and wholesome way.

We would like to add more templates and designs to the kudos

This tool is very god for giving out peer to peer recognition, and also reminding you weekly to give recognition to those who deserve it.

Not too sure, there are a lot of features that we don't use.

So far really great! There are a few minor issues, that would be nice to haves in the near future, like being able to change colours or sublines of the skills, once you already got feedback on them and the managerial access to all profiles in our space.

Since I'm managing the feedbacks and a lot of people don't really move as fast as needed with managing their own feedbacks, I'm really missing a management possibility to get access to their feedback pages without them having me to send the magic sing-in link all the time

I absolutely love the social element to being able to review others (and request reviews from trusted peers/colleagues). I think that the service itself can really help with identifying where team member skillsets are in terms of developmental stage all the way through to advanced. I've received reviews from colleagues and peers and learned a lot about the steps I could take to level up in my career.

I think it is beautifully designed; no real cons other than just anticipating a bit more in terms of Matter's offerings but I say that knowing that they still bring a lot of value to me and my peers.

It's a nicely intuitive tool but just isn't game changing enough yet to be worked into our OKRs in the company. If you could set it to trigger celebrations when an individual or a department hit an objective that would be amazing.

Easy to use and clearly displays the feedback. The designs of the templates are nice and it's quick and relatively hassle free to get setup.

There's only two options to provide feedback, so it only makes it possible to use in some scenarios. The feedback isn't customisable so it ends up being fatiguing seeing the same feedback templates over and over. It's also not customisable with brand. You can't screenshot what a specific person has done, if it's a development task you're praising, for example.

Matter makes cross team recognition easy and fun, especially since most of our team are remote workers.

This is a great tool to make the team more cohesive. It has kudos feature and provide 3-9 templates to choose from. Also the feedback ritual feature allow us to have a good habit of providing and receiving feedback. Feedback is very important on personal career growth. The interface is very delighted as well

Not so. far so far, but thinking anonymity would be good since sometimes constructive feedback is hard to provide

There are a bunch of things but the best I guess would be the reporting and analytics. There is no manual intervention needed. Once a pulse is completed it gives a holistic view of the performance which is great

The notifications are quite a lot and it would be more awesome if this could be lessened.

Being able to categorize kudos for coworkers, and having a safe space for compliments that can be recognized across the team! -- the ability to integrate onto Slack is also very accessible.

Any features to specifically ping team managers for kudos, or giving short templates so they're a bit easier to write!
