Our job board is our primary revenue source. It's basically an e-commerce platform selling screen real estate. It's integral to our business and we've been happy with Niceboard.

I'm so glad we found Niceboard before building a job board from scratch. It already has all the features we need and they've steadily been improving the product.

We were a very early customer and bumped into a handful of bugs. Customer support was very responsive and everything has been cleaned up promptly.

The business model for our website centres around paid job ads (which is why Niceboard points to our primary domain instead of a "jobs." subdomain). We are still in the process of building our community so we have not yet turned on billing, but we've already benefited from the included functionality like API integrations, job backfill, and blog.

Niceboard is extremely easy to configure. I set up our board in a single afternoon and then continued refining it over the next few days. This allowed us to focus on our core service and target community instead of the technical implementation. And the result looks slick and professional. The included blog and private board API are also indispensable.

I would have loved to see the private board API included in the Essential or even Pro plan. That said, the Business plan is still of great value considering the potential ROI.Less importantly, the Niceboard app on Zapier didn't work out of the box, which would have saved me some integration time. I'm sure they'll improve it eventually.Lastly, would eventually like to see a few more features such as blog comments, blog posts in the newsletter, and more metadata in job posts (such as job sections, salary information, timezones, tags, etc.)

I would not hesitate to recommend Niceboard to anyone with similar requirements to my own.

The Niceboard platform makes it very easy to set up, and manage my job board. The level of customisation is just right and the design looks both modern and professional. I am in the process of migrating my second job board to Niceboard. The product/tech support is responsive and helpful.

I was looking to add a reliable, self-serve job board to my community website as a value-add to my members and was discouraged to find that most were either too expensive for my use case and/or were overloaded with features I didn't need or looked crowded and unsophisticated. I looked into having one built but that was going to take time and attention that I really didn't have for something that was not my main member benefit so I was pretty thrilled to discover NiceBoard. It was exactly what I was looking for - a ready made job board that looked nice and that I could have running out of the box, with my own domain, within an hour.

Niceboard's strongest benefits are that it's super easy to set up, intuitive for job seekers and job posters, elegant in design, and effective and reliable at a good price point. The developer is extremely responsive and the customer support is fantastic. I'm not really sure what more you could want!

Elegant and streamlined, this job board is purpose built and doesn't have a ton of extra bells and whistles. I think that's a good thing but others might want more integrations or built-in customization options. As is, you can customize some aspects easily, including custom domain and if you're so inclined you can customize more with code.

There were a few visual theme customization options that I'd have liked to see, but I was able to customize what I needed by overriding the theme with code.

It is the main source of data integration that allows us to have an easy to use job bank so that employers can set the requirements that are requested and be able to choose the best option.

I found it to be a very useful tool to implement at work due to its multiple functions of use that facilitate a faster and more professional selection process, grouping all the information in the same system and being able to have everything clearer and at hand

The only drawback I've had since using this tool is when I make the monthly payment, the system is too slow to process the payment and a bit confusing, but it's something that requires patience and availability of time to finish the process correctly.

I did not find any major cons with the software. Desired features - Improvement with the overall appearance on the home page.

It's nice to be able to experiment with adding this board as a feature to an existing site centered around niche talent. I wouldn't have started a business based around a niche job board, but with how simple and fast Niceboard is to use and setup, it makes for a low-resource burning experiment. Time/energy are my most scarce resources and this package didn't eat up too much of either. If you're already running some form of community, I'd recommend temporarily adding Niceboard on to test out! It's a low-risk experiment with potentially high rewards.

I really loved how simplified the sw is from the administrator's side. I've been working with a lot of other software meant to be add-on, customer-facing services that have been maddeningly convoluted to launch, so the ease of set-up with Niceboard was a dramatic difference! The front end is clean and simple, and the appearance is professional. I have no qualms about charging for ads based on how it all looks. The newsletter feature and the easy Stripe integration were wonderful to see, too! I haven't yet made a sale, so I can't comment on transactions themselves, but the setup was a snap. I had issues setting up this board under a subdomain, but only because I'm an idiot - not due to any fault of Niceboard. The customer support I received included more patience than I deserved. ;-) And the responses were fast and intelligent, too. Really happy with the support. It's all running beautifully at [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] now!

There are a few extra features I'd like to see. However, without them, this board still offers great value. I'd like to be able to price different kinds of postings differently. For example, I want to encourage temporary, freelance postings by offering them at a lower price than fulltime permanent. As it stands, I have the "featured" ad as one price meant for one job type, and the regular ad at a different price meant for a different job type. But a visitor could potentially use one for the other purpose, which means I have to manually police the board. The coupons I'm told are a new feature, so they have basic functionality. (And that's great!) But in the future, I'd love to see some more controls with this part, too. One could be the option to make a coupon good for a 1-time use, or a limited number of uses.

I've tried a few of the other Job Board Softwares and nothing compares to Niceboards offering You can build a clean looking job board in about 15 minutes, the UI/UX is the best on the market and the appsumo deal which is now gone was a steal. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is alwys on hand to respond to any DNS set up questions and has a commitment to develop the product features further, it's good now but it will be even better in the future. Highly recommend!

Annual Job Packages are needed , I believe they're on the roadmap

The auto-fill location filters, individual job pages, company pages and built-in blog are a nice addition to my previous (Air)Table2Site set-up. My only negative comment is that I would like a feature that allows me to insert more of my company's branding onto the homepage. I have been running multiple job groups/communities on facebook and i always wanted to have my own jobboard to compliment my communities. All the other jobboard options were extremely expensive (to the point of even being unreasonable), Niceboard is a great mix of clean, UI, ease of use, features and probably the most important factor for startups like mine - Right price. While the front end is easy on the eyes and simple to navigate, i am really impressed by the backend. The inside of the tool is quite neatly laid out. Also, special mention for the founder - the one man army who is extremely helpful and kind.

I have reached out to Niceboard with a few questions and requests for help while setting up our board. They have responded extremely quickly and been very helpful.

We had seriously considered building a custom job board before finding Niceboard. That's a huge task by the time you consider Stripe integration, email subscriptions, back-filling job listings, etc. Out of the box Niceboard has all the features we would have spent weeks building and testing, now we can focus on the sales and marketing side of building a job board.

At the end of the day there are going to be design and UX limitations of any no-code site builder. That can be tweaked by injecting CSS in Cloudflare and Niceboard does even offer an API, though I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. All the features I want in a job board are offered - built-in Stripe support, email subscriptions, custom filtering and categories, etc.

It's so intuitive, and it covers all your bases. I'm not a 'tech' person, so this was perfect for me. Plus, the site looks super sharp.

No too much customization... but it's a job board, so you want it to be easy to follow, and intuitive for users (which it is).

Very straightforward and the support has been excellent; we had quick responses and help for specific local issues (including currency) which has been extremely helpful.

Niceboard is very flexible in terms of setup, categories, types, locations and searching. The simplicity of no client or candidate login is awesome and overcomes many of the problems associated with running a job board. It's a very well designed system that provides good flexibility without complexity.

The full functionality of system maybe limited compared to some products, although it does provide a lot of flexibility for anyone wanting to make the most of it. However, part of the value of the system is the simplicity and ease of setup, deployment and operation.

We purchased Niceboard as we recently completed our new website so it was good timing. We're a premier hotel management company and have a portfolio of hotels. We needed the ability for potential candidates to see job listings with details directly on our website. I like the functionality and ease of use for the software, but wish there were a bit more features. I do believe with the continued development of the software that it will prove to be an asset in talent recruiting & acquisition. The founder, Olivier, was very responsive & helpful when I reached out.

The experience is a bit clunky in setting up all the details such as location, job, description, and so on. Would love to have the ability to separate perks & bonuses presented in a special way rather than simply within the text of the job description. They DID NOT have the ability to use CName but did have a workaround to that.

Everything has been super easy to setup and manage and whenever there has been a problem, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has resolved it rapidly while delivering great customer service. I was able to develop my portal and release it to my community within 48 hours which was mind boggling as I have had an idea for a community job board kicking around for months. It's affordable which is key for me as the project is free for my community. LOVE IT.
