I liked mostly that how this platform provides me great options to make my things easier to hire new people.

Getting error videos can be frustrating, but usually you will see one video that is 6 seconds long and one that is 1 minute long and that tips you off which one to open.

I wished they had a toggle on interviews which would allow interviewers to choose whether candidates can rerecord an interview, in case of an error in their response.

Playhunt made interview job applicants really easy. Saved be dozens of hours on interviews and allowed me to skip ones that I know were not a good fit after 3 minutes.

The support team is quick, efficient and friendly.

Not being able to see a pause or an indicator between answers, but in the instructions for candidates I just ask them to read the questions aloud and problem solved.

It helps you automate the entire hiring process and this will save thousands of hours over the course of the year. Glad I scooped up this deal.

As a platform, it works very well, is intuitive, and user friendly. I was able to set up my account, create an interview and send it without reading the help section.

I regret that the recording starts immediately, as soon as the question is read. The time for recording is also much too short.

It is easy to use both for the recruiter and the candidate. It delivers what it promises.

User interface is sometimes a bit confusing. There are multiple views of the objectives, and you can do different things in each.

Overall, we have a positive experience with it, but I'm not sure if it's fully worth the cost.

I don't think my team really loves the site. It feels more like homework than goal setting and tracking.

Difficult to know what I'm required to do sometimes and how others approve it.

We use it for 1:1s with our direct managers, mid-year reviews, and our end of the year reviews. I love how they give you prompts and allow you to expand and format your review as you'd like.

It's a great cloud-based solution for appreciating our colleague's work, thank them how much it meant for us and also to build a culture of motivation.

Our HRIS is extremely easy to use and intuitive. The integration that they built looked really well as well.

The comments can then reference one of the key results. Originally we set the objectives semesterly, and they got lost amid the day-to-day work we do.

When we bring in a new hire, we don't have to help them get started with Small Improvements. It is easy for managers to note milestones and overall I think it is a very good tool for goal tracking.

I use this software for my semi-annual performance reviews and also to give kudos to the team for the great work they are doing.

SI helps me keep track of my 1:1 meetings, I also love being able to give praise to my colleagues when I feel they've exceeded expectations. It is very intuitive and easy to use as well.

Some small corrections by awesome quick help of the really kind consultants of Small Improvements, gave us the possibility to complete a review of 2012 for the whole company within two month.

Very easy to use and works well on all my devices; they do a good job with recognition and a good effort with design. Just set it up and it's on its own after.

It is easy to switch between different cycles to track the performances of different teams or individuals. The ability to generate charts to display the performance reviews makes comparison easy.

Very positive - ease of use has cut down on time spent administrating performance review activities.

It seems to be limited by how much the team uses the software, and without the entire teams buy-in, it doesn't add much value to the organization.
