  • Pros

  • I liked mostly that how this platform provides me great options to make my things easier to hire new people.
  • Playhunt made interview job applicants really easy. Saved be dozens of hours on interviews and allowed me to skip ones that I know were not a good fit after 3 minutes.
  • Cons

  • Getting error videos can be frustrating, but usually you will see one video that is 6 seconds long and one that is 1 minute long and that tips you off which one to open.
  • I wished they had a toggle on interviews which would allow interviewers to choose whether candidates can rerecord an interview, in case of an error in their response.

  • We use it for 1:1s with our direct managers, mid-year reviews, and our end of the year reviews. I love how they give you prompts and allow you to expand and format your review as you'd like.
  • It's a great cloud-based solution for appreciating our colleague's work, thank them how much it meant for us and also to build a culture of motivation.
  • Cons

  • User interface is sometimes a bit confusing. There are multiple views of the objectives, and you can do different things in each.
  • Difficult to know what I'm required to do sometimes and how others approve it.
