Halo Feedback- Easy and Reliable Feedback platform
To obtain 360-degree feedback from all of our peers, Halo feedback is a great resource, the reporting features is fantastic , it generate reports based on the feedback , it enables organizations to manage and track progress continuously. I use it to administer employee engagement surveys in order to assess staff morale , commitment , and satisfaction, I can also use this data to identify and address any issues that may be affecting employee engagement.
CONSIt was difficult to customize the feedback process to my unique requirements because of the limited options, enhancement to support and training features are needed to make this software the best for assessing and providing feedback on competency.

CONSNo issues identified till now according to my experience. Halo Feedback should enhance feedback mechanisms and simplifying functionalities. Support and training features require further improvements to become the optimal feedback and assessment competency measurement software.

Both of these are also quit good, but their user interface is not engaging as compared to the user interface of Halo feedback.
