We absolutely love our partnership with Will, Renee and the Prosper EX Team. What began as an initial discussion around employee engagement has grown and flourished into something far greater.

PROS

The Prosper EX team developed a comprehensive engagement strategy for the business and have since helped us redefine our core values, deploy a number of critical company surveys, provided reports and recommendations on the data and supported us with the implementation of performance measures for our 200+ employees.

CONS

Inability to upload files to employee accounts. This however is coming online as a platform update soon.

Excited to have Prosper EX

Implementation was quick, and our CSM [sensitive content hidden] is so responsive. Whenever I've had a request she's gotten back to me within the same day, which is fantastic.

PROS

I loved leaning on their org psychologist's expertise by using the prosper EX engagement survey. It's great that ongoing surveys also add to the happiness metrics. I'm excited to use the 1-to-1 functionality moving forward for our performance management process.

CONS

There are a few functionalities and tweaks I would love to see built into the product. Our CSM collates my feedback, and its great to know some items are already in the pipeline. I have already seen the product improve in my short time using it.

Such an easy and supportive experience!

Very user-friendly platform, it's intuitive and simple, while still doing all the things you'd want in the Team Engagement space. The integration with other programs is great too and makes streamlining HR processes super easy!

PROS

Their Customer Support is second to none. [sensitive content hidden] is our Customer Success Manager and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. We've also had contact with a number of other members of the ProsperEX team and we've been really impressed with the level of internal communication and consistency between them - no matter who you're talking to they always have all the information. The follow up and turn around time is always efficient too.

CONS

As noted above, nothing is too much trouble. The ProsperEX team always find a solution to anything that pops up, and usually within the day. The only thing I could say we've "liked least" would be the Kudos functionality. It doesn't quite work in the way that we intended to use it, but I know this feature is expected to be under development so we're excited to see what else we might be able to do with it!

Applejack Hospitality ProsperEX review

Great. That saying "You get out what you put in" is true. Our business is fully invested in using ProsperEX and we are seeing some great returns on this investment.

PROS

The surveys and feedback we get from our people are extremely beneficial and we have experienced big improvements in our company culture and staff retention.

CONS

There is limited ability to create unique performance review templates for our business. However, we have been told this is on their road map and this ability may change in the future.
