I can recommend Puls+
It is a tool that is based on research in the field and has the technology that both is easy to use and that provides sufficient data, but most of all that it is action-oriented on all levels. Very good contact and support from the provider and they are always willing to listen to our needs and develop the tool further.
CONSNo specific down sides with the tool. The benchmark between companies alsways comes up as a question and that did not exist previously, but is now provided to some extent.

Helpful tool for improving team engagement and performance
Easy to use product, both for employees and for management. Based on the results, a prioritization of improvement areas for each team is suggested as well as simple guides on steps to take. The simplicity of the tool itself and of the concrete suggested actions is appreciated. Easy to create additional surveys for different personnel groups or with specific focus areas. Quick and helpful customer support.
CONSCompared to other similar tools, I do not currently see any cons.

PROSWe really appriciate the Support. Its easy to administrate.
CONSComplexity to get Leaderindex, thats makes that we cant do a integration. Have specialgroups.

Great interface with good feedback and information
The interface is really great and easy for the user. From an administration perspective its also really easy to use and understand. The feedback functions and information that comes from the surveys is great and easy to use both for the user and manager. The overview is an appreciated function as well.
CONSSince orgainsations always are a bit complexed and there are special setups all over it makes the integration to other system a bit difficult.

Using Puls and the importance of focus on engagement
We are reminded of the importance to keep track of our engagement in "busy world". It is really a managers best friend.
PROSIt is extremely easy to implement in an organisation, users adopt quickly, navigate easily and find what they need. It is interactive and very clever set up. You get a lot from the system as a user.
CONSCan't think of any cons. If any is that implementation of a software is always important. Make sure you have resources for that, education, information about the "why" etc
