Great Platform for Employee Recognition

PROS

Recognizing my peers for their contributions has never been easier! In this remote world, gone are the days of buying someone a coffee or lunch for their work, so being able to quickly award them a badge that they can redeem for what they want most is so lovely. We're engaging and sharing praise more than we would otherwise.

CONS

There is nothing I dislike about this software.

Recognize for performance management

I would recommend using this system as it has increased engagement with our employees and generated a way of celebrating success across all of our sites.

PROS

Really liked how easy it is to use and integrate with Workplace by Facebook. This has made an open platform for recognition of employees and joins our multiple sites together. This gives a wider audience allowing a wider share of success & ideas, which ultimately grows our people asset and increases value to the business.

CONS

My only niggle is with the mobile app not being able to post and having to use the web based version. This may well be an account business account issue which we are yet to resolve.

Recognize is an absolute wonderful tool for recognition and improve engagement

My experience with Recognize has been as a user and also as person that came into a company who had it, took it away and then had brought it back because it was a tool that everyone really loved using.

PROS

There are so many aspects of Recognize that I like such as the ability to choose from many different badges, the fact that the recognition is also seen by the person's manager, it's fast and easy to do and can be done in real time.

CONS

What I like least about Recognize is that it's not used by more other companies because it definitely improves engagement and can simply lift the spirit of someone who never realized they made a difference.

Reasons for switching to Recognize

Associates loved Recognize and wanted it back so we got it back.

Review of Recognize

I like recognizing others and I like to be recognized. It's a great way to reach out to fellows across the organization to praise, thank and support others. I like that the managers also receive notice about the recognition.

PROS

Ability to recognize a team member for help and to let them know they are appreciated.

CONS

Spell check could be a great feature. Really not sure that their are cons.
