Recognizing my peers for their contributions has never been easier! In this remote world, gone are the days of buying someone a coffee or lunch for their work, so being able to quickly award them a badge that they can redeem for what they want most is so lovely. We're engaging and sharing praise more than we would otherwise.

There is nothing I dislike about this software.

I would recommend using this system as it has increased engagement with our employees and generated a way of celebrating success across all of our sites.

Really liked how easy it is to use and integrate with Workplace by Facebook. This has made an open platform for recognition of employees and joins our multiple sites together. This gives a wider audience allowing a wider share of success & ideas, which ultimately grows our people asset and increases value to the business.

My only niggle is with the mobile app not being able to post and having to use the web based version. This may well be an account business account issue which we are yet to resolve.

Rewards are not good and awareness on the same is low too.

I like recognizing others and I like to be recognized. It's a great way to reach out to fellows across the organization to praise, thank and support others. I like that the managers also receive notice about the recognition.

Ability to recognize a team member for help and to let them know they are appreciated.

Spell check could be a great feature. Really not sure that their are cons.

It is intuitive and easy to use. previously, sending recognition to multiple people was a hassle but with Recognize I was able to do my entire team in a few minutes and they receive it instantly!

I do not have too much negatives to say about this program, it is a step up from what we previously used!

I have received several badges only to apply for free concert tickets, never earning enough to purchase gift cards. Again may be on company end.

I like that we can reward great behavior. Most people do the right thing, some go above and beyond. Its a great feeling to know people care and recognize .I love to make someone's day doing simple gestures. this avenue helps with that.

The point system given doesn't give us great opportunities to purchase anything. This may be on the companies end.

When I redeemed my points it was so easy. I was able to use my gift card immediately.

There isn't much to dislike about the application

Our experience has been excellent. The support team is very responsive and pleasant to work with. Our employees love this program and this is something that is utilized daily by our staff members in all departments.

It is so easy to use that even our employees who are not confident in computer skills are easily able to use the system and they enjoy using it too!

Sometimes when there is upgrades, it gets confusing to learn the new way of configuring users in to the system.

The software is the tool that helps us to reinforce the culture of praise in such a way that it also helps to connect-the-dots between the actions of the employee and the benefit to the company. We couldn't be happier with our decision to work with RecognizeApp!!

The software was easy to implement - it's extremely easy to use and most importantly, IT WORKS GREAT.

We were having a tough time finding a recognition platform that was parallelled into the Yammer system so that our employees did not have to leave the current platform. But then we found Recognize, and it was everything we were looking for. Overall a great product. It has the most friendly staff and knowledgeable at that.

The only downside is to use it inside Yammer we have to download a browser extension. But I can honestly say that that is the only con with this software. Really worth the time and investment to recognize employees.

I really like the integration of the software into Outlook

Sometimes the software seems a little clunky, especially when submitting multiple recognitions.

Simple method to send a recognition to a colleague and give them props for their hard work

Interface seems dated and is sometimes laggy.

Recognize lets you thank your teammembers and give them badges affirming their strengths. I've also used it to send recognitions to business partners outside of our team, with great success! After meeting with a business partner, it's one thing to send a thank-you note, and something else entirely to send a badge with a recognition of one of their unique talents. I highly recommend this app for morale-boosting and generally becoming more aware of the contributions of our team members and business partners.
