Recruiterflow tries harder!
Had an **excellent** customer support call with [sensitive content hidden] who came on video with me to troubleshoot a minor issue but also asked about routine ways I was using Rf. He updated my import function so we're able to add candidates more quickly. We also went thru one of my Advanced Searches to see how it could be made better/more accurate. SUPER HELPFUL!
PROSRecruiterflow works really hard to earn your business. +Product Updates: They solicit feedback on making product better and quickly turnaround product updates. For example, recently introduced new text feature in campaigns. +Customer Support: We speak with a real person, not a bot, every single time. We don't have to file a help ticket or wait for a call back, as I often did with Salesforce. Recruiterflow is a growing company with everyone invested in the success of the product and their clients. They're really interested in problem solving. I hope this never changes!
CONSI wish they had a pricing option for groups vs. seats. Or lower cost for each additional user.

RF is easy, effective, and worth it!
I really have to compliment the RF team. They are always available to help, answer questions, and they'll take your feedback to the team for product ideas. It's always so easy to engage with them, and they don't give up until your issues is solved. Also, overall RF is a great ATS for its ease of use, its functionality, customizable workflows, and adaptable integrations - we use it every day and are very happy with it!
PROSRecruiterflow is easy to use, customizable and their support is amazing. I appreciate the functionality offers and the integrations are great and seamless to activate.
CONSI've not found the CRM function for managing and tracking clients to be the best - we're using alternative sources to do BD. It's fine for Account management, but building leads and doing outreach is just not a viable scalable option in RF.

Good CRM but could be a bit more user-friendly
I am overall pretty happy with recruiterflow but I wish I could modify campaign statuses and existing profiles through the extension
PROSI like the fact that I can track jobs and candidates, the chatgpt addition for emails and job adverts, and all the automated processes that make the job easier.
CONSYou can't modify campaign status from the extension. For example, you can't stop a campaign or remove someone from it on the extension, you need to go to the profile page. When a profile already exists, you can't just update the existing profile on the extension (except occasionally if the email found is the same). You need to search for them on the web page and update them manually. You can't bulk unsubscribe people from a specific company. Sometimes the search bar doesn't immediately find people after inputting their phone number or email. Sometimes the chrome extension doesn't open. It can be difficult to track candidates on a job on one when it's in "list" mode, and to move from one candidate to the other, because the back and forth arrows are not available.

CONSTheir support completely sucks. It didn't used to be this way. The software is way too glitchy and they refuse to take accountability for it and they blame the customer. I had such a good start and what i thought rapport with them...well now I see them for what they are. I would strongly advise you to find a more established software. We are already looking for another vendor.

We started with them
We've used it since the very beginning of our company. We've finally moved away because we outgrew the product for our own needs.
PROSAutomations capabilities. We've automated every step of our recruiting processes with them. Customer support has been prime.
CONSUX could be better, some tasks, specially bulk tasks, can be a bit of a problem to execute properly.

Great customer service and a great product!
Overall experience is fantsatic - always quick to respond, helpful, and makes life a lot easier. I've used Recruiterflow both as an internal recruiter and external third party recruiter and it's helped in both areas.
PROSI love the user friendliness and effectivity of Recruiterflow - they are always looking for ways to improve the software and the automation of it makes my job a lot easier.
CONSI think the career page could be enhanced some but overall still pretty good.

Fantastic, Customer Service is top notch, having used an ATS's since 96 I utilized many and RF is my recommendation!
PROSIts easy to use, customization is easy, tags, campaigns for both client and candidate built into software. Can quickly and easily build a pipeline from Linkedin to RF. Was well you can use RF for all your outbound client marketing no need for an additional crm - email marketing software.
CONSReally out only con is the formatting within the software recognizes google doc formatting as all tech is using G Suite & we use Microsoft so we have to reformat a little.

When I first discovered RecruiterFlow and requested my demo the speed of response was a great sign. The customer service I have received during my years of using the system in both training and system development is the only thing that I can say is better than the system itself.

Solid Tool for Recruiting Agencies
Overall it's been great! The data migration and implementation of the tool was easy and it seems like adoption of the tool has been a huge success.
PROSI like how easy it is to navigate the tool. Everything is pretty straightforward and the job/candidate profile and pipeline customizability is essential for an agency like ours that have a variety of clients with different needs.I also love the automations!
CONSThe reporting functionality needs some work as it's not as straightforward as the rest of the system, though CS has been really helpful in solving our issues thus far.

Adoption of the tool wasn't great and there wasn't much accountability to use the system over the year that we had it. The switch was made because Recruiterflow was cheaper and had the same functionality, plus a few bells and whistles like the automations, the ability to integrate with more tools, and the more intuitive UI.

Great software for collaborative teams
Great product. We’re hiring faster than ever.
PROSRecruiterflow is super simple to use. We could get started in no time. We are a distributed team over multiple locations and Recruiterflow makes it really easy for us to collaborate with each other. I could get rest of the team started in no time at all. We love the chrome extension and automation. Life saver as it saves me atleast 30-40 minutes everyday. Their support is awesome! The team always replies promptly and actually listens to what you say.
CONSNot much to say here. Genuinely love the software here. If I have to pick one, I would say it would be great if it had a mobile app.

Great product from a great team
Really helps to automate a lot of annoying tasks.
PROSSuper fast in the browser and whenever something doesn't work, very easy to talk to the team to get things resolved!
CONSSome of the interactions have a different workflow from other ATS which can make it hard to juggle 3-4 things unless you use multiple browser windows.

Moved from BH to this - best decision I made
Excellent, Excellent, Excellent
PROSAfter having used BH for a couple of years, and finding it so cumbersome. I switched to RF and best decision I made. It is so simple and straightforward to use, and to set-up, has all the functionality I need without a lot of the bells and whistles I never used but paid for in BH!
CONSThe main one I miss is being able to integrate texting in UK - the 3rd party options to do this work out quite expensive and would be wonderful if it could be integrated

Recruiterflow is an Outstanding Recruiting Tool - Customizable, Functional, Affordable
Our experience with Recruiterflow has changed our business for the better. The system provides several key benefits for us, but below are two that come to mind: First, the customizations and process automation features save a tremendous amount of administrative time, allowing us to focus on impactful recruiting activities with clients and candidates. Secondly, the system provides structure as team members move from one project to another, and it gives us an at-a-glance "where are we on X" awareness that helps us set priorities and take impactful action.
PROSRecruiterflow is an outstanding recruiting tool that provides great customizability, overall functionality, process automation and time-saving features – all at a fantastic price point. The customer support is beyond anything I’ve experienced (personal emails from the founder?) and the tool delivers everything it promises…and perhaps a bit more. Customizability is key for us. Have you used one of the "big systems" and wanted to add your own applicant/candidate stages or other changes to fit your workflow? So, how’d that work out for you? Recruiterflow enables users to add and label whatever stages fit YOUR unique process, and to move candidates seamlessly from one stage to the next. Rather than having to let your team know that the hard-coded status “interview pending” really means “Bob’s reviewing them”, you can literally set up a status labeled “Bob’s Reviewing”, or whatever you like. Yes, you can configure different status settings for each position. That’s not all. The act of moving a candidate from one stage to the next can be configured to trigger a customized action. This is a much bigger deal than it sounds – the impact is huge. Example: Recruiterflow allows us to move unqualified applicants to the “declined” stage at first review, but the system doesn’t send out our (customized, of course) thanks-but-no-thanks email until (3 days, 4 hours, 2 weeks, your call) later. Bottom line, this becomes YOUR recruiting software that fits YOUR process.
CONSWell, nothing really - it's a great tool, seriously. For credibility's sake, I suppose something must be listed here. Not a con, really, but making the system "yours" does take some investment of time up front. But that investment is paid back many fold when using the system over time. Hey, it's not required - the system is fully operational in the base configuration with virtually no customization, if you prefer. They're working constantly on updates (and send out routine summaries of updated/new features), and I'm looking forward to the addition of in-system SMS messaging in the near future.

A powerful and usable ATS
It's user-friendly without sacrificing functionality. Recruiterflow has allowed us to build out, centralize, and standardize our sourcing and recruitment process in ways that were previously impossible. It's also highly customizable. I feel like I can adapt the product to reflect our workflow, as opposed to our previous ATS, which required us to change our workflow in order to use its full capability. Finally, the support team are incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing any issues that arise.
CONSThe transition from our previous system was quite rocky; not all of our data imported correctly, and our old records are still not entirely accurate. The reporting feature is also not as robust or clear as the rest of the product, to the point that I often end up pulling raw data and working it up in Excel instead.

Super easy to source candidates and automate recruiting
Recruiterflow has helped us source number of candidates and clients. We are able to automate a number of repetitive tasks and save a lot of time which can be used to generate extra revenue. Their support is unmatched.
CONSThere's not much to hate. The migration from your old CRM takes like 2 weeks but it's still faster than most of the other solutions.

Perfect match for our needs as a small HeadHunting agency.
Everyone on the team is loving it. We feel like we have found our ATS for the foreseeable future.
PROSEase of use was our #1 criterion as some of our users are not super tech-savvy. Recruiterflow or "Flow" as we are now calling it was the perfect solution for us. Everyone got the hang of the main functions within the first couple of days. Training of new employees couldn't be easier.
CONSNot a huge issue, but we just wish there was a French adaptation of the platform. Easily fixed will the customizable fields however.
