Very Positive Experience with Rezoomo
Our overall experience has been very positive. Rezoomo has completely transformed our Recruitment process in a very positive and efficient way. We simply would not be able to conduct the large volume of recruitment activity without Rezoomo.
PROS-Ease of Integration.-Good level of support from the Rezoomo team: always very efficient to work with in terms of adding numerous new features we requested.-Intuitive design: minimal training for employees required as system is very user friendly.-Positive feedback from candidates who apply through the system.-Rezoomo serves as a repository/database for us.
CONS-Unable to integrate with Digital Signature software

Rezoomo Review
There are various pros when it comes to using Rezoomo. For us, it has been a seamless transition for all staff using the system. The functionality is top class and all our staff have encountered no problems whilst using the system. The training that we received from the team as part of the initial setup was top class and the academy section on Rezoomo gives all users access to training guides. The ability to create our career site is also a massive advantage for us. It enables potential applicants access to a snapshot of what we have to offer. Top class to date.
CONSFrom talking to everyone on the team who is using Rezoomo, we have no complaints. Rezoomo is top class and I strongly encourage other companies to use Rezoomo for all their Recruitment and Talent Acquisition needs.
Reasons for switching to Rezoomo
All other sections of our organisation was using Rezoomo and also the price.

Rezoomo benefits to HR Department
Rezoomo is continuously updating its platform with improvement features to streamline the hiring process, they do this with ongoing engagement from the client. I would highly recommend.
PROSRezoomo is a comprehensive HR recruitment package. A standout feature is that the platform is user-friendly to both the HR department and the candidates. Rezoomo allows the HR department to create customised job postings which reach a wide viewing range. Furthermore, the applicant tracking system allows the HR department to manage applications very easily. Rezoomo additionally offers a range of features which enhances candidate engagement and communication via automated responses, interview scheduling along with the status updates for each application. The platform is continuously adding additional features which reduces the manual workload for the HR Department. IT Support/ Client engagement has been very positive to date.
CONSI have had a very positive experience using this platform. It has streamlined a lot of our HR processes and continues to offer improvements to the service. All feedback is taken on board and discussed.

Excellent product!
Overall, it has been an excellent experience since we started using Rezoomo. The chat function is there if we have any technical issues or suggestions for improvement. I had an hour training session yesterday through Teams which was invaluable as I learnt many steps to make the whole process quicker and more user friendly.
PROSOur whole recruitment process has transformed since we started using Rezoomo. Everything is much more streamlined, quicker and more professional.
CONSThere isn't anything I like least about Rezoomo.

Rezoomo is a necessity for businesses and HR groups
Great experience, I found it very easy to use from when I started my role in CUH medical manpower unit.
PROSRezoomo takes the tedious, time consuming tasks away and does them for you. Makes hiring a lot easier.

Great experience with Rezoomo!
[sensitive content hidden] was a fantastic help for myself and my colleague, advising and training us how to build forms within our job posts which helped our recruitment process massively. And also saved us some time :)
PROSI loved the fact it advertised across most sectors!
CONSThere is no option to go back, when you clone a job it brings you back to the home page, instead of the area you were originally on (lets say to archive the cloned job)

Recruitment and Talent Management made simple and effective
Super fantastic and i m so happy that i can advise or inform my superiors about my progress on a click of a button. The system is user friendly and good to use with business related features that addresses reports that are required.
PROSBeing an all encompassing system where the recruitment cycle can be managed on one system.
CONSNothing yet but i believe their support should ensure that we get training on all features so that we optimally benefit from using them.

Rezoomo
So far it has been very good, and users/ managers / candidates are finding it very easy to use. So we are happy.
PROSWe are new to using Rezoomo and so far we have found it easy to use, any issues or concerns we have had the support has been very good. [sensitive content hidden] from rezoomo has always been very helpful.
CONSWe are still learning on the new system, but we would like to see panel placing as a stage in the process, from speaking to [sensitive content hidden] in Rezoomo it is an option which is been worked on at the moment. It would be nice also to get some on site training, the training academy's are very good, and the training over rezoomo has been very helpful but sometimes the face to face training is more beneficial for staff with questions etc. staff often learn more as they can tailor the questions from the training.

Excellent Benefits of using Rezoomo
Using rezoomo has had a huge impact on our team, we can easily post directly to numerous websites, we can clearly see the stages each recruitment campaign is at, hiring manager can view and manage their own campaigns. The support from [sensitive content hidden] on the rezoomo team is excellent, always on hand to answer my questions.
