Employee management with TeamEcho
We intended to aggregate all of our workers' data into one database rather than store it in various separate files. To add insult to our injury, we have many employees, and our prior mail-order leave system has proven to be mostly unproductive and has been solved by this application.
CONSAs a result of the system's high degree of adaptability and customization, the sample version does not provide access to all of its features. This is to be expected, given how much work and effort goes into each customization.

Great tool to get a realtime-feeling for team spirit
Easy-to-use for all Kinds of employees, almost no onboarding/implementation effort, great for fulfilling legal requirements and getting really valuable and timely insights into the current team atmosphere. Effects exceede pure Analytics, the opportunity alone for employees to express their feelings toward their colleagues/the Company at any time they feel like it has a tremendously positive effect on Team Climate.
CONSthe somewhat cumbersome Login process (click link in email to get to Login screen to log in to Service) could be simplified, i suggest some kind of browser plugin or mobile app to be able to Access the Service with one click.

Teamwork with TeamEcho
TeamEcho analyzes workers' present mental state & allows everybody in the organization or team to implement adjustments. It also assists leaders in determining which sections people are unhappy with and try to make it satisfaction to everyone.
CONSThere isn't much to say. There haven't been many additional innovations added to the program. I recommend they start using a browser extension or a smartphone app to access the content with a single login features.

Great & easy tool for insights into the teams mood
We are using TeamEcho to get insights into our teams mood. They use it to evaluate the company and working environment as well as for anonymous comments and discussions. This leads to a lot of transparency and gives us (the leadership team) insights which we can address in our daily work and in team meetings.
PROSEasy to use, anonymus, clear ui, simple to understand, web-based, trustworthy, team accepted it instantly and uses it (in general)
CONSDepends on the team if usage leads to proper results or if only the dissatisfied ones are actively using it on a regular base (which falsifies the results).

Best software that creates an organisational benefit immediately
I prefer to get the feedback from our team immediately. Even if it's sometimes hard, but atleast we know if something is bothering someone or a whole group and can react to it. With a disciplined team that wants to move forward, it is a must.
PROSIt's simple to use. Not more than 10 secs needed for a weekly survey. Trends and moods of teams is immediately visible.
CONSNot much to say. Software hasn't received tons of new features. But maybe thats also something positive ;)
