Employee management with TeamEcho

PROS

We intended to aggregate all of our workers' data into one database rather than store it in various separate files. To add insult to our injury, we have many employees, and our prior mail-order leave system has proven to be mostly unproductive and has been solved by this application.

CONS

As a result of the system's high degree of adaptability and customization, the sample version does not provide access to all of its features. This is to be expected, given how much work and effort goes into each customization.

Great tool to get a realtime-feeling for team spirit

PROS

Easy-to-use for all Kinds of employees, almost no onboarding/implementation effort, great for fulfilling legal requirements and getting really valuable and timely insights into the current team atmosphere. Effects exceede pure Analytics, the opportunity alone for employees to express their feelings toward their colleagues/the Company at any time they feel like it has a tremendously positive effect on Team Climate.

CONS

the somewhat cumbersome Login process (click link in email to get to Login screen to log in to Service) could be simplified, i suggest some kind of browser plugin or mobile app to be able to Access the Service with one click.

Teamwork with TeamEcho

PROS

TeamEcho analyzes workers' present mental state & allows everybody in the organization or team to implement adjustments. It also assists leaders in determining which sections people are unhappy with and try to make it satisfaction to everyone.

CONS

There isn't much to say. There haven't been many additional innovations added to the program. I recommend they start using a browser extension or a smartphone app to access the content with a single login features.

Great & easy tool for insights into the teams mood

We are using TeamEcho to get insights into our teams mood. They use it to evaluate the company and working environment as well as for anonymous comments and discussions. This leads to a lot of transparency and gives us (the leadership team) insights which we can address in our daily work and in team meetings.

PROS

Easy to use, anonymus, clear ui, simple to understand, web-based, trustworthy, team accepted it instantly and uses it (in general)

CONS

Depends on the team if usage leads to proper results or if only the dissatisfied ones are actively using it on a regular base (which falsifies the results).

Best software that creates an organisational benefit immediately

I prefer to get the feedback from our team immediately. Even if it's sometimes hard, but atleast we know if something is bothering someone or a whole group and can react to it. With a disciplined team that wants to move forward, it is a must.

PROS

It's simple to use. Not more than 10 secs needed for a weekly survey. Trends and moods of teams is immediately visible.

CONS

Not much to say. Software hasn't received tons of new features. But maybe thats also something positive ;)

get real insights in company mood; the harder part is handling the feedback the surveys and to set action items. It would be great if TeamEcho would also offer advice and support concerning that.

Great tool to gain insights on team happiness

PROS

Easy to use and very effective. No lengthy onboarding required. We use it to track the current mood of our team and gain insights into where the company can improve. Highly valuable for management and HR because teamecho helps us understand what truly matters to our people.

CONS

Not much to add here. Some automatically generated reports would be nice, or export function of results. But those are just minor things.

PROS

Short and regular surveys allow me to get a transparent picture about my company culture and "team health".

CONS

There's nothing I can really add here. We've been using it for a while now and it does everything it promises to do.

Amazing tool to track your employees happiness

PROS

TeamEcho gives you an overview of the current state of mind of employees and gives everyone in the company or team the chance to change something about it; it also helps leads figure out which areas employees are least happy with.

CONS

We are facing an issue with smaller teams (<5 people), as they have to be either left out completely or have to be included in a different team or department, which doesn't represent their mood/feelings and might distort the actual team's outcome.

TeamEcho ist nicht mehr wegzudenken

Top engagiertes Unternehmen, arbeitet kontinuierlich an der Weiterentwicklung, hervorragender Support

PROS

Mitarbeiter können sehr unkompliziert und nachvollziehbar anonym Fragen beantworten und Kommentare hinterlassen. Befragung kann von Unternehmensseite nicht manipuliert werden. Fragebögen sind unabhängig erstellt und wissenschaftlich validiert. Alles Faktoren, die die Rücklaufquote hoch halten.

CONS

Als eher kleines Unternehmen können wir nicht das ganze Potential (nicht alle Funktionen) von TeamEcho ausnutzen.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Fragebögen stehen zur Verfügung und sind wissenschaftlich validiert, weil es ein österreichisches Unternehmen war

einfache Möglichkeit, laufend Umfragen zu machen und auszuwerten, mit top support-Team!

Mitarbeiter:innen können niederschwellig und binnen weniger Minuten laufend ihre Meinung abgebenwahlweise auch mit persönlichen Kommentaren ergänzenneuerdings können diese auch von Kolleg:innen geliked werden ("Daumen hoch"-Funktion)der Betreuungsaufwand als Admin hält sich sehr in Grenzen und bei Fragen wird man immer unterstützt

die Software ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und für Mitarbeiter:innen quasi selbsterklärendsie wird laufend verbessertdas Kundensupport-Team ist top! antwortet sehr schnell und hilfreich, dabei immer äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit
