Time off and salary slip management was good. The options are laid out in a format so that you can easily find them. Upon guidance from the manager, i was able to fill in my timesheet, and put my leaves without much hassle

At times there was a delay in loading the data or the internal site

Overall Workday is prefect for workforce management of time , payroll, compensation adjustments and much more for multiple consecutive years for workforce tracking.

Workday is a great tool to track vacation time, sick time and holiday time, it allows the user submit time for approval and manager to approve or dis approve the time allotted with comments and time is tracked for the entire year based on hours. Workday also tracks compensation, reviews and much more

There really is no cons to this Workday software, its great tool for tracking.

The Software is great to track your vacations and time off, Provides an overview of all the leaves, tracks and provides a report to download as well.I have used Workday for Timesheet as well, Where we can track our daily working hours and it provides customization as per requirements as well.

The UI for the Workday can be more user friendly, It gets latency very often and thus could be improved from UX point of view.

So this is the absolute greatest app when it comes to keeping track of your paystubs, hours worked, keeping your time off tracking, and to comp your time. And you can look at your hours you worked for the week and submit so if something not right you can get it fixed right then an there.

Only con i can say which its really not is if you dont submit your hours you dont get paid

But overall it was great, easy and one of the best I heaved used. I would say I would continue using this for all my future business.

One of the best things for me while using this system as an administrator was being able to have a track on where all the employees time was being spend during the day and having the ability to work with time off request in a fast and easy way. Adjusting time for a big team can be a pain for just one person, but you can have different people assigned to different teams and have each team supervisor work with all related to their team.

The scheduling part of this can be a bit friendly user. I had a bit of trouble setting up schedule for each employee.

Reasonable when app works

Good for all colleagues in the organisation to be able to track and see all payslips and documents required for tax purposes.

Clunky app with ridiculous log in process which puts many colleagues off.

It shows you everything in detailed form and big picture.

I love how easy it is to use. Anyone could use it.

There's nothing that I don't like. I've been using it for years it's great.

Its clear nd easy to use : we can plan and request our days off, submit our request, and our manager receives a notification for approval. We can also correct absences when needed. The process is really simple and convenient.

Sometimes system correction doesn't work perfectly : the manager doesn't receive the notification. This is very rare and was apparently an issue with our internal set ups.It only happened once so overall very happy with my experience with Workday Absence management.

Overall it is an improvement from what we used before, which was internal and difficult. It’s good to see it all in one place, from benefits to paystubs to expenses.

It is easy to access my records and understand my salary and expenses.

The messages are difficult to locate. The Tex boxes are very small.

It is a great application, for clocking in and out, requesting time off, viewing paystubz, etc

Nothing negative, does exactly what it advertises

Overall, it's been a very positive experience and an improvement to our previous system.

The Organisation Chart feature which is incredibly user friendly. Our integration was well handled and communicated.

The ease of being able to quickly see how much leave you have remaining could be improved upon. At present, we are having to find this out as a year end balance which doesn't quite add up in total.

Workday even when they changed their layouts is very intuitive and user friendly. I like that it connects to a lot of different things, applying for positions. Time off. Yearly reviews.

I wish it was easier to access past actions and information

sometimes there are too many options to view my total time allowance, but that's based on how my company has it setup

As an employee, I can easily request time off, see the company org, check my holidays calendar, add goals or see my compensation plan.

It can do so much that sometimes can feel overwhelming.
