I very much enjoy the process of daily challenges, very easy to use and set up, I enjoy completing the challenges daily and earn YuCoins to then spend on vouchers, there is a great selection of options available!

The app is a lovely way to create or benefits from your already existing healthy habits. As a team that walks a lot, it's great to get the reward for this. The integration of cycling was a nice additional feature. Surges are a fab way of increasing engagement.

I understand additional levels are being developed, but I achieved Level 199 about 4 months ago. It would be great to get more levels soon. I would also love to widen the types of challenges, including cycling, yoga and other sports. It would be great to get an email about surges and new rewards.

I love the motivation it gives me to look after my wellbeing. I'm now on 4 daily challenges, and I never miss a day. Since adding Tags into the mix, my team and I are becoming more competitive, chasing each other around the steps leaderboard.

I've been in the same outfit for quite a while now. Whilst I appreciate the addition of the headgear and sun glasses, and I made use of the facial hair for Movember, Spring will soon be here, so I'll be wanting some more suitable attire.

Pros of YuLife are the various discounts that can be used, the step and yudoku leaderboard (encourages competition between colleagues), the 24/7 virtual GP via smart health.

The admin process re tags for leader boards has required a lot of time investment.

Really easy to set up and implement both behind the scenes and for users. A super app to encourage employee wellbeing and interaction. Love the ability to use YouCoin for good causes too.

So far we have no complaints. Everything has run smoothly. We would love to have the functionality to 'gift' YouCoin to employees as an additional benefit/reward.

As above, it is great to earn the rewards and encourage others to do the same so as to increase their activity and mindfulness. The staff are lovely and supportive and we very much enjoy being part of the YuCrew! Just need to work on turnaround times for producing quotations etc.

Earning of the YuCoin is great fun and it is nice to have the leaderboard for friendly competition too. The Virgin 20% off voucher is one I have used a couple of times. I am yet to use some of the other features such as the virtual GP but really appreciate that they are there. The team are always friendly, the webinars they put on are about interesting topics and i'm excited for future developments such as the Sudoku and hope to attend the festival! There is a lot of useful engagement material - we need to make more of this as a business

The turnaround times to obtain quotations can be too long. As a broker, this needs to be made quicker. The integration with some fitness watches has been difficult at times but having said that, there has always been support from YuLife with this. The rate increase this year has been quite substantial so YuLife need to ensure they are developing their software at the same rate to justify this.

It has been a great experience working with YuLife, their customer service has been amazing right from the beginning no question has been too small. They make it really easy to roll out and their events and newsletters make it easy to keep promoting to staff. The challenges are accessible to everyone and don't make people feel bad for whatever their activity level is.

Such a lovely company to work with, have always been really helpful. The rollout was easy and the staff have been really positive about the app, the rewards and the insurance. A cost effective way to invest in your staff wellbeing and give them tools to help them out.

Would love some other private insurance options so that staff can have all their insurances in one place. Would love ways to earn points from other exercises like cycling. Staff love the discounts on apps, more of them would be great.

I would like more metrics available from an admin perspective, to be able to look back on previous months and over an annual period to demonstrate to the business what has been achievedI would like to see more voluntary benefits employees can sign up to if they wish

I am not sure about the branding using images that don't necessarily appeal or relate to the product or concept. I also don't like the fact that once you hit level 199 there are no further levels to reach.... it's been like that for a few years now.

Each feature of YuLife is great. From the online desktop version where you can see all analytics, to the app with the company leaderboard. In HR, we are always getting positive feedback from our employees of how great the app is and hows its benefitted them in regard to their fitness levels and during these tough times financially as you can use your points towards vouchers.

The challenges progression board has reportedly felt like 'a lot of effort, for little gain'. It can take some users a long time to start reaping any benefits from coin collected. No mood tracking. This could help with understanding the organisations overall mental resilience as a result of engaging with the app.

Yu Life has been factored into daily life with the interactive app providing a chance for us to compete with each other on steps. As a fully remote company, it can be difficult with staff engagement and to make the team feel as one. The added bonus of the more you workout the more you can earn only sweetens the deal for us. People have donated to Ukraine, planted trees and earnt money for Amazon vouchers to spend at our bi-annual away days.

The product is very easy to use and could be rolled out seamlessly to the team.

Personally I am not a competitive person but I still find it very engaging. I use it for meditation every day. It helps to motivate me.

They do offer in-app meditations now (it was not the case 6 months ago) but there could be more choice to make it less repetitive if you do this every day.

Overall, I've had a very positive experience with YuLife. From the initial call, i've had clear information shared with me, clear costings, and great follow up. The onboarding team has been very helpful and really guided me step by step. I have actually been amazed at how much our team embraced the app and have been running with it. I was looking for something that would bring together our remote team in a fun and engaging way, while encouraging wellbeing and giving employee health benefits. This app does it all. From a fun, engaging way to track your steps, build up your health, compete in a friendly way with your colleagues, to earning coins that become vouchers, its great for employee engagement. The mental health and GP support was the main reason i looked at the app, but I was convinced by the whole package.

It is a cost commitment that you need to factor into oncosts for your team. £10 per person per month can add up when you have a lot of staff.

The reward for simple activity is a draw for my team. The leaderboard concept keeps them engaged as do the daily challenges

I don't cycle so can never earn from that section. It should be optional and added to steps or other exercises

Yudoku has gone down so well at our company! We love that it tracks how many steps you have too and the extra Yucoin you can earn from surges! Its always a nice surprise too when you add more partners to spend your Yucoin with or add as a benefit from the Yustore!

Not enough feature releases and the step tracking doesn't work sometimes.The app UX could be more intuitive.

I engage with the YuLife app every day to track my activity and complete daily challenges to earn FREE YuCoin. The YuCoin are then used to purchase FREE vouchers! What is not to like? I also love the graphics and Yugi.

Generally it is all good however I do find it annoying when one needs to talk to someone - it can be a hassle to speak to an person or get a quick answer to a query. Otherwise I think it is a brilliant product, the benfits and vouchers are well liked by our team.

It is excellent in motivating staff to get off their seats and doing a small bit of excercise. Or activity. YuLife also encourages small competition amongst staff. The benefits are great with vouchers that all go to help carry the burden of daily increased costs for all.

I do not like the website and the corporate online identity. When I first saw it I thought it was something meant for a child or advert for a kindergarten. The layout of all the posters and website have the same theme - initially I could not take it seriously because of the childish brand identity. However I think the product and concept are great - once I got past all the silly grafics.

That it doesn't sync with apple watch throughout the day and have to wait until the middle of the night.
